Had what I need.
Helpful staff.

when ever I am in shopping for a Item I saw on line.. my email.. if not in stock at the store.. they take the time to locate and bring to my local store..
also polishers I was not that familiar with they.. the member took time to go over what the difference is and what the buffers.. do.. with the sticks of grit.. with there help I am now enjoying.. my projects.. with comfort.. and success.. over all I find the crew there knowledgeable if they do not know they get someone that does and take the time.. to make sure I walk out with the right tool for the job.. my go to store.. and my family too..

I Phoned on a friday I live 1000kms away and had it on Tuesday.

Always have a wide selection of tools. Both name brand & no-name brand tools are competitively priced. Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful.

It was great visiting your Langley store . The amount of products on display is amazing . It was a little crowded but very helpful when trying to determine which product you wanted to purchase

One thing you need to offer is free delivery Amazon is taking over the world but you could compete if free delivery was offered

customer service is mediocre at best.
sales people are dismissive of my knowledge and insist that they know exactly what i need when i haven't even explained my job to them fully.
the one guy i see most is especially condescending and when i asked about the return policy he accused me of "borrowing tools". front desk staff are at least friendly, but the POS system they use must be very out dated as ringing up purchases always seems to take far longer than it feels it should.
i mostly buy my abrasives and other consumables here now. the lathe i purchased here was substandard and required significant rebuilding to function properly.
was comparing online reviews for a Miter saw, but i decided that the brands KMS sells just do not rate high enough for my needs and my experience with the lathe left a sour taste in my mouth.
all in all the prices might be decent, but the service and quality do not compensate for it.
ill keep shopping here for my smaller consumables. but that's all they can expect from me from now on.

First time shopping at KMS Tools and was amazed at the great customer service. Not only did the sales man tell me where the item was located but took me to it. Couldn’t find exactly what I needed but he insisted they had them.
He didn’t give up. He searched until he found it.
Not only was I extremely happy, but he was happy as well.
All the staff were friendly. Highly recommend shopping here if your looking for that odd tool needed for a vehicle repair.

Very polite and great customer service.
Had what I went for no run around. Definetly will be shopping here in Langley BC. more often.

Unlike a big-box store, there is real service and a real parts department!

Good selection of tools. I’d shop there more often if the staff members weren’t so unapproachable. If I can’t find what I need I just leave and order it online. I would rather wait than feel like I’ve been a burden.

Picked up Craftsman tool set. Was welcomed with smiles. Staff was very efficient in retrieving my online order. Very positive experience! 👍

I ordered something on a Sunday online and paid for it. I received an email shortly after opening time on the Monday letting me know that it was available to be picked up. Later that morning I travelled to the store, and within a few minutes the item was brought to me. It was all very straightforward.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful staff. Lots of stock at good prices. Rarely cannot find what I’m looking for.
