Order canceled by Knifestock after confirmation
I bought a product at reduced price on Black Friday. Knifestock first confirmed the order and then canceled it saying that the price on the website was incorrect. Knifestock's actions are not legal in Sweden, if the order has been confirmed at the advertised price then the seller is obliged to fulfill the order. I am very disappointed in Knifestock and would not recommend them to anyone else.

After waiting 2 weeks
After waiting 2 weeks, calling them twice, sending several emails, and contacting their Instagram because they hadn't shipped my order, I was suddenly refunded without explanation or feedback. Very disappointing

Asked for more money after I paid
I ordered 2 Petzl headlamps then 5 days later they mailed me asking for more money or they would not sent the lamps. Seems like a scam!

This was not a scam- unfortunately, we discovered that our system had incorrect prices displayed for a short period of time. Because the listed prices were far below the actual value of the products, we had to contact customers to either request the price difference or cancel the order if they preferred not to proceed.
