Limited Edition UWCC Minex Rugby Tops.

I bought the Dambuster polo shirt and out of interest rang up and talked to Matthew concerning making our tops.
I sent the company photos of old tops and they came up with a few design idears. Members agreeded the new design, paid, order placed , time frame given and the tops were delivered promptly bagged up, labled etc.
The qualiity is really good and our 100 year old logo reproduced on the top accurately.
Its not a huge order but more members are wanting to order the top now.

I have used / designed many tops for our Minex group over the years this buy was easy, Help given were needed. Design diagrams sent out by e mail and changeds confirmed promptly.

I approached Mathew and explained that we were a new Disability Darts organisation and were looking for international team shirts. We used an existing design and with Mathews help made a few modifications. We duly made an initial order for 30 shirts, those were delivered within 4 weeks. The quality of the shirts are 1st class and actually exceeded our expectations. The price per shirt beats that of similar manufacturers. Needless to say we have committed ourselves to Knightsportswear as our shirt supplier until the end of 2025 and almost certainly beyond that

Still not received my order,I know it takes up to 28 days but I've had no communication on how my order is progressing.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my husband 65th birthday,with plenty of time to get to me but have now been told it will not be expedited till the 3rd July which is unexceptable as I ordered with plenty time to be delivered.If you in a hurry don't order from them, customer service not very helpful

I am compelled to share my dismay and frustration regarding my experience with Knight Sportswear, and I regret to say that it has been nothing short of a customer service nightmare. I made a purchase over 32 days ago and, despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have not received a single response to any of my inquiries.

The lack of communication and apparent disregard for customer concerns is utterly unacceptable. In an era where prompt and effective customer service is paramount, Knight Sportswear has demonstrated a glaring failure in this regard.

My attempts to chase the status of my order have been met with a resounding silence, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my purchase. This level of negligence not only reflects poorly on the company but also raises serious questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is disheartening to see a brand that presumably values its customers exhibit such blatant apathy towards those who contribute to its success. A company’s reputation is built on the foundation of trust and reliability, and unfortunately, Knight Sportswear has eroded that trust through its neglectful approach to customer service.

I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before engaging with Knight Sportswear. The lack of responsiveness and accountability demonstrated by this company is not only frustrating but also indicative of a deeper issue within their organizational structure.

In conclusion, my experience with Knight Sportswear has been nothing short of a disappointment. A month-long wait without a single response to my inquiries is inexcusable, and it is my hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may consider patronizing this brand.

I ordered a clothing item that commemorates the D Day landings, I ordered this item only 2 weeks ago, knowing that it takes up to 28 days for this made to measure item, I did not expect this item to be delivered BEFORE the commemorative date, I have recieved confirmation that IT WILL BE ... I Requested a bespoke shirt for an upcoming event. Knight sportswear went over and above to get this to me on time. The shirt arrived with plenty of time and the quality is great, the shirt is exactly what I wanted.

I recently purchased some cycling shirts from Knight Sportswear, and I was very impressed with the quality of their products. The materials were top-notch, and the fit was perfect. The customer service was also excellent, and the delivery was prompt. Overall, I highly recommend Knight Sportswear to anyone looking for high-quality sports clothing.

No communication, waited over a month for delivery, and once arrived it was missing a t-shirt emailed and no reply.

Waited forty days for order to arrive, lack of communication from seller. When the order did finally arrive the garment was poorly embroidered and finished off, still no response after compliant to seller. Lots of spam email after placing order, advertising other organisations brand garments.

I ordered 2 SSAFA face masks ,it took nearly a month to arrive ,as Doncaster is not to many miles from where i live why did it take so long . The masks are well made but they are to small,they would fit a teenager but not an adult,also are they made in England or china ,i will not
recommend these products as satisfactory.

Bad customer service. Completely ignore you if you email regarding any issues

Absolutely shocking! I made an order when I had not received the order over a month later I tried to contact them, with no response, I feel like this is a scam site and most certainly will not be using it again. Don't be fooled by the patriotic mechandise
