I was struggling to find mortgage options from a number of lenders because I live abroad but Tom and the team managed to secure me a loan with which I am very happy. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous at all times, I cannot recommend them enough!

Jake was amazing in guiding and helping me all trough out the mortgage process. The purchase in it self was a very long and convoluted process, but Jake did help me with lots of enthusiasm and patience.

Jake and Liz were so helpful and tentative during the whole mortgage application process. They were always very easy to get hold of and always came back to any queries very quickly. I would definitely recommend using knighthood to get your mortgage as it definitely made the whole process so much smoother and easier for me and my partner.

We got our mortgage process managed by Jake. The man is professional, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention friendly. He assisted us throughput our mortgage journey, from the offer to the approval, including everything around it and general advice. He was very responsive and clear in his explanations. And the price for his services was honest. I'm glad o chose an independent advisor and I would blindly recommend him and his company to everyone.

Jake was extremely helpful through our entire house buying process. He made excellent recommendations and was able to answer pretty much every question we threw at him as first time buyers. He was extremely patient and friendly with us.
We also got constant updates for our mortage rate as we had to wait a long time for the process to complete and Jake made sure we knew about every interest decrease.

We've saved a lot of money because of Jakes advice and would 100% use Knightwood again.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and couldn’t recommend Knightwood Mortgages enough! From start to finish they have been exceptional. We had a few issues with credit in the past which almost prevented us from getting a mortgage but our advisor Jake never gave up and worked very hard to find a lender who would accept us. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional throughout and was always on hand whenever we needed him and made sure we understood everything. He also recommended us an amazing Solicitor and Surveyor. Huge thank you to both Jake and Liz, we look forward to using their services again in the future! :)

From the initial contact, when he conducted a thorough fact-finding of my mortgage requirements and circumstances, to proceeding with the application process and finding the most competitive lender, Jake was exceptional. He handled everything up to the full application and completion of my remortgage.

Liz Mead, the case manager for my remortgage application, was equally fantastic. She worked efficiently and professionally, managing everything between myself and the lender from the instruction of the valuation issued of Mortgage Offer to completion. Even though Liz isn't full-time, you wouldn’t have noticed, given the amount of effort and expertise she put into progressing my case all the way to completion.
