I'd never used this company before and, to be honest, found them on a Google search. Placed my order and it arrived in a very good space of time, perfectly packed. Loved all the little extras that were in the box too along with a "Welcome to KnitUK" message. Very good customer service and I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

I ordered a pattern book last week. Price was fine & very quick delivery. However, the amount of packaging was horrendous. I did not need a box, 2 paper bags, a cellophane packet, 2 stitch markers & 6 stickers! One of of which had been placed on the back of the book & will not come off. It may only be a small thing but why essentially damage the book before I even receive it. In a world where we’re supposed to be saving the planet you need to do better. Sadly I won’t be ordering from you again because of this.

I bought a flower loom which came today. It's like receiving a nice little present - beautifully and carefully packaged and with some lovely extras that I hadn't expected. Think I only paid about £5+ for the loom and the crochet hook with it was worth at least £3. I'll try this company again.

Excellent customer service. I received a very fast response to an email about my parcel even though it was a Saturday. Useful item, nicely packaged.

I had searched high and low for a yarn to finish the project I'm working on but to no avail. Knituk saved the day as they had it in stock. The delivery was very quick and they also sent me a free pattern to match the yarn I purchased and some really cute free stitch markers. What's not to like!
