Excellent service and beautiful quality hat. Fits perfectly. Thank you

Really impressed with the quality of my hat and additional pom , and the delivery was extremely fast and beautifully packed in its own bag.

Love my purchase from knitwear queen, great quality cashmere and quick delivery

I am so happy with my hat & gloves ( georgie cable knit),beautiful quality . I've looked everywhere for a hat with a large real fur pompom. I love how the pompom is detachable , ill be ordering different colour pompoms ,to match whatever I'm wearing.
The delivery was soo fast.
I watsapped a message to knitwear queen asking some questions and advice saying what I was looking for, I got a reply back so quick .
When I received my hat it came with a smaller pompom than I ordered , I emailed knitwear queen to explain i loved my items but was a bit disappointed at the size of the pompom , this was on the Thursday, by the Saturday I received a new one , a large , I was over the moon.
Amazing customer service.
The packaging is also beautiful , the items came in a lovely quality knitwear queen material bag.
I've worn it twice & have been asked by 2 complete strangers in shops where did I have my hat from .
This company is amazing and they're products are as stunning as the pictures .

Fast delivery, nice package, good quality. Only thing that lm not satisfy which is the size of the hat/beanie. It’s a little bit too small and it slips over my head after wearing for a while.

Excellent quality products and customer service

Beautiful product and fast service. My daughter loved the items.

This quality Bobble Hat was to my surprise delivered inside a lovely drawstring bag.

I recently came across Knitwear Queen and ordered a few bobble hats and matching snoods. I am very happy with them they are so soft and warm to wear and come in lovely colours. I like being able to remove the fur bobble and replace with another colour giving the hat different looks. They are really lovely to wear and fit me perfectly. Also love the little gold logo on the snoods and hats.I can say I'm one happy customer.

Excellent service, fabulous quality

Wonderful quality hats, they arrived promptly in a lovely bag. I had a query which Janice responded to really quickly. Highly recommend - thank you so much.
