There is nothing wrong with these, but not being able to see them before purchasing, I had no idea that they were very thin materials, like swimsuit.

Knollspring is definitely a scam. I ordered jeans from them in July. After some time, I tracked the order and was notified the item had been delivered. They insisted the jeans were delivered to my address but also said I should check the neighbors as it may have inadvertently been dropped off at their place.
After some back and forth, Knollspring agreed to resend the order. You guessed it! The order was marked delivered but of course it never arrived.
Yesterday I received a warning from my financial institution that the card used for this transaction was compromised and was used at a restaurant in Laval, Quebec. I blocked my card and it will be replaced.

I am beyond frustrated with this scam! I ordered jeans that never arrived despite tracking saying they were delivered, and after customer service promised to resend them, the same thing happened again. Total waste of time and money. #scam #jeans #customerservice #shopping 🚫👖⚠️

You guys are scammers. You scammed me. I bought 5 jeans nothing came with other clothes. You company is fake and scam. Canadians be careful with this page

Delivered quickly and great shorts for exercising the zipper pocket is very handy for storing items you do not want to fall out of your pocket while exercising. Unfortunately, the stitching came out at the base of the zipper pocket.

Order paid for with confirmation number and receipt in 2 months still have not received the items. Will proceed forward with legal action .

I ordered jeans from here in beginning of July, 2 weeks ago it states they were delivered to 62704, no address and that’s not even my zip code.. I tried to call and send emails and no reply. So now I’m out 60$. Definitely a scam alert with this company. I don’t recommend ordering from here.

They are scammers. My order never arrived!

Ordered pants July 13th 2026, it’s been 30 days,no pants. I would rate them less than one star if I could. It is a scam. In my opinion. Guess I’ll file fraud with my credit card company.

Company said they shiped my product twice. Both tracking numbers gave identical information as far as day day and order progression. Big surprise, neither package arrived. Then they told me they would refund the money in 25 days. I waited the 25 days no refund. Now they're telling me I need to wait another 25 days Scammers all the way! Do not give them your hard earned money. It will go bye-bye in a quick hurry!

The website knollspring.com says Trustpilot has a score of 4.8 and 235 reviews. I am here and just crickets chirping. They are a scam if you ask me.
