Very easy to set up account, great communication and shipping was fast.

I LOVE Koala Health for my pets. Everyone that I have dealt with has been nothing but kind and helpful every time I call. I recommend them to everyone I speak with about dogs.

I know I got a good price at first but most of the cans that were in the shipment were dented. Even the cans in the middle were deeply dented, so I feel like the reason I got such a good deal was so they could put dented cans in my order. Also, every time I get an order through koala, the order is delayed because the manufacturer was out at the time (?) Actually, now I’m paying regular price since the initial order was delivered so I’m a little upset about all of the dented cans. I may cancel my recurring order.

When first placing the medication order at the direction of our vet, the order was never "approved" and took a week to process. Our cat is dealing with severe symptoms, so a weeklong waiting period was not ideal. We had to call our vet to get it moving. Then, the existing order that was supposed to be canceled was not promptly canceled and I had to email Koala and ask for a confirmation of cancellation. I am still waiting for a refund of $56.08.

Koala Health has been the best for me and my dog. I live in a very rural area and if I needed a refill on my dog’s medication I would usually have to make a separate trip just for that. The vet clinic had shorter hours and it was difficult to hurry from work and try to make it before the clinic closed. Koala takes care of that plus the price of her medication is much much lower.

This company is amazing when it comes to quick delivery and customer satisfaction. Our order came with a hand written note and a cute scarf for our kitty that we appreciate so much! Amazing company and employees!!

I'd love to be able to edit my subscriptions myself, instead of waiting on a response. Prices don't feel as competitive as they could be. Would love a rewards program or incentive to continue auto ship. It feels like I'm being charged more when there are discount sale that aren't auto applied and sales through other companies in general.

Great first experience. It was easy to place the order and the medication was packaged nicely. Receiving a bandana and a hand written note, welcoming my dog and me to the Koala family was a sweet surprise.

A year and a half ago I got a prescription for my elderly dog, she since has passed away. I have another elderly dog that has kidney disease and I needed to get an anti nausea medication to help her keep her food down . I was told by Koala that they have to have a written script for this so I went to my vet. I got the written script. Meanwhile the medication was in my cart with a 30% off coupon waiting for me to get that script mailed to them. I mailed it to Koala, then they call me and tell me I have already had one of their promotions I don’t qualify, it’s for first time customers customers, I tried to explain to them that it was a year and a half ago and it was for a different dog and that I really needed the break because I have a lot of vet bills They said sorry we can’t help you. Now I don’t have the medication and have to start over. It’s more important for Koala to make money than to help people with their pet needs, I would not suggest this company. It’s all about profit. The customer service team is rude and not empathetic. If they would have told me this in the beginning, it would have saved time and now I’m scrambling to find the medication elsewhere affordable. It’s $16 a pill. Thank you Koala for being such a caring company

I discovered Koala Health after my Vet partnered with them for pharmacy. My older pup, Violet, is newly on expensive heart medication and finding ways to get the best price possible is now a mission. On my initial order with Koala, I received a nice discount for 90 days of chewable tablets. I easily placed the order, and was pleasantly surprised when they called to ensure that I received a full 90 day prescription. They were friendly, knowledgeable and seemingly wanted to help me get the most bang for my buck. The package arrived quickly and when it did, it had a cute little bandana in it with Koala's on it for Violet to support along with a little welcome note. Anyone who has fur babies that treat them like little humans in fur coats knows how much a little card with your pups name on it means! While I am only one prescription in with Koala, my first experience was exceptional.

It was easy to order my dog's flea medication. Shipping was very fast.

I love having an option to buy this product for my two frenchies from Koala Health instead of Amazon and others.
