terrible product not even close to picture on website.
Emailed them several times, useless response no intention of return, Waste of money. Hate fraudsters like these, pls be vary!

Avoid this company!
I purchased £120 of rings from them. They didn’t send the right ones, and I’ve been battling for the last 3 months to get my money back as I returned the items (at an £11 postage cost!) - They simply will not respond.

Trying to return the faulty goods is impossible because they don’t answer your emails , don’t buy anything it’s all cheap rubbish

It should be no stars. I received two nice pairs of earrings from them. Just as ordered but suspiciously no follow up email with order details. I checked my credit card account and the right amount was taken. Parcel appeared to have come from GB via YODEL. Two weeks later a third set arrived. In my husband's name and posted in China. £24.99 taken from the same card account. On enquiry with card provider it seems I have been signed up to a regular 2 weekly subscription with them!! Without my permission or knowledge. I quickly blocked my card but they can apparently still get the payments through MASTERCARD. My card had "tokens" which is where they got my husbands name etc, Card provider has requested Koala be on a MASTERCARD stop list. Have asked for card provider to reimburse me via chargeback. BEWARE OF KOALA BRAND!!! Just a load of crooks. I'm reporting them to UK and Hong Kong police.

I wish I’d read the reviews in trustpilot I would never have bought anything from this company. They are appalling. The jewellery is rubbish is not as described. One of them were supposed to be a silver ring with a gold or rose gold part two it within a week the Rose gold has disappeared and I’m left with all silver colour ring the other ring that I ordered was Rubbish as well. I’ve tried without success to get a refund they keep sending emails saying that they will reply in one to 2 days. It never happens. Don’t whatever you do don’t touch this company don’t purchase from them. You don’t get a good description of the items. The reviews on the actual site are good. I don’t know who reviews them. They must be all completely false

It’s Outrageous how they get away with please dont buy off this appalling company you will just be wasting your money

I ordered three necklaces of three strands which looked wonderful on the photos online . On 2nd December 2025 I ordered these necklaces so they would arrive in time for Christmas . However after a lot of contacting them and being given assurances that they are on their way and will be with me in 2:3 days NOTHING!!! I have asked for a refund of £74.00 which was the price I paid, but to no avail!! Do not be tempted by the photos of the jewellery as you will end up losing cash and receiving nothing.

I have ordered an items on Jan6, 2026. But I didnot receive the iteam yet. They are sending same email giving same reason for delay.
I think Koala brand is just a scam. Please don’t buy anything from Koala brand. Please don’t lose you hard earn money. I will keep campaign about it.
My review is growing awareness among customers. I have lost my hard earn money and trying to prevent it.

Was delivered very late. Was supposed to come with a free gift. It didn’t. Poor product. Started discolouring after a couple of weeks.

Very misleading. Not a real company. I found my custom made wedding ring among their photos. They are using stock photos from around the internet and claim to be making the same pieces for an incredibly small fraction of the price. If you check their descriptions, they hardly state what materials they are using.
Don’t fall into this trap.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered pair of earrings in December and still have not received them in March!!!! Every time I have emailed for a refund I’ve been told to wait as they should arrive soon. HORRIFIC COMPANY

Do not buy from this company. It is a SCAM.

I ordered a ring for £25. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was completely the wrong item. The Wrong colour, the wrong design, super ugly and it was the cheapest piece of rubbish imaginable, like a toy, probably worth about 50p

I tried to get a refund, which in itself is a mission and they told me I was responsible for shipping costs to send it back to them down to their ineptitude, or they would discount me 10% off my next purchase. (Thanks! 10% off some other piece of rubbish? You're too kind)

I cut my losses and told them how awful there business was. I wished I had seen the reviews before my purchase. I honestly consider it theivery.
Truly awful company, avoid at all costs.

Been waiting since the start of December for a ring to come, after reading the reviews wish I didn't bother, absolutely shocking service, should not be allowed to trade!!!

Having ordered blue glass and silver earrings and pearl necklace coming to nearly £50 and receiving green and gold earrings and plastic beads I wanted to return them and a full refund as the fault lay completely with them!
However after many messages asking for photo proof etc and stating that I have to pay for the return postage and rejecting offers of 10% off future orders I have heard nothing! No refund. No return code.
This is not the first time they have got orders wrong. Twice I have been sent gold instead of silver but let it go..It’s their fault, they should replace and accept returns

Awful overpriced product that they've managed to make look great in the photo. Long delivery time. Don't shop there.

I only wish I'd read the reviews already on here before I bought something from this company. Their website photos show images of good quality items that appear to be worth the price, the reality is a cheap and nasty item that bears little resemblance to the photo on the website and is worth next to nothing. I only received one of the items I bought, plus a 'free gift'. No sign of the other item. The items are shipped from Hong Kong in poorly protected plastic packaging. I honestly feel like putting them in the bin as they're total rubbish, I feel so stupid that I've been scammed. I'm now receiving emails from them with more offers, but I can't unsubscribe from their mailing list as the unsubscribe link takes you to a placeholder website without any function. A total scam company making huge amounts of money from unsuspecting customers. This is the same company as Koalajewelsbrand.com.

I would give 0 if I could. They are a scam, ring came and centre jewel stuck incorrectly in the setting, a child could have done better!
Emailed to return, asked for photos and when sent advised 48hr response which never happened. I have emailed several more times and no response. Nearly 2 weeks later another email asking for all the same information and photo. Delay tactics to not give money back so I have raised with my bank as I believe now after reading reviews that this company is a scam! Avoid at all costs

Item not as expected. Wrote for refund but blank walled despite many reminders.

Company sent incorrect product and then ignored my emails. I do not believe they are genuine. I cannot recommend this company.

This company is a fraud. Sent me incorrect items then had the cheek to ask me to pay for return shipping costs instead of sending me what I actually ordered and paid for or refund me?! The customer service is atrocious awful. Please beware dont shop with this awful company.
