Socks ordered on17th June, email with Royal Mail tracking information received the next day (18th), now at 23rd June and Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the package. Emails sent to both contact addresses and no-one has bothered to reply.

Terrible no customer service at all

I ordered 3 pairs of socks on the 9th April and am still awaiting them! No response from emails sent to the company. I have sought support from my bank to challenge this as they took my money quickly. Do not buy from them.

Inconsistent sizing, bought a mystery pack of 3 in large where 1 pair fits and the others are far too small and aren’t even as long. Don’t bother with buying shop somewhere else

Ordered a pair of socks and after a few weeks of not arriving, I sent two emails asking for them to track etc and no response to either email. Money lost!

I ordered what were supposed to be women’s size 6 compression socks but when they came they were marked L/EXL, which is very vague and not the size I am usually, which is a women’s M.

I was dubious whether to use them. When I put them on they seemed to be OK but not as tight as another pair I’ve got. I don’t know if they’re doing what they should.

It’s all very well to dress support socks up in funky designs, but there should be more basic information about measurements.

They also sent me a link to review their service which was obviously a circular effort, censored by them and not open to the public. They thanked me for the review, giving me a voucher code, which is why I’m reviewing here.

So I won’t buy a second pair from this outfit and can’t recommend them.

Sizes not accurate.
Fun prints, good service but claims to fit calf size 19" in their compression socks and it's not true. In this field that's a dangerous claim which could worsen people's symptoms.
