This is how to do customer service....

Have had a "Juno" electric riser desk from Koble for a few years which has been great. Yesterday the control unit just stopped working meaning I had to stand up all day....! :). I dug out the order details, noting I was now well out of warranty period and contacted Koble via the webform to see if there were any options to get a replacement control unit or if I was going to end up replacing the entire desk. David replied within 5 minutes and advised me that he could sent me a replacement control unit for tomorrow. This is what customer service should look like. Won't hesitate to buy more products from Koble when the time comes. Thanks David, superb service.

I have a Silas smart desk

I have a Silas smart desk, which I love, and the bluetooth unit malfunctioned. Emailed customer service who replied within the hour and they offered to replace it straight away after checking a few details. Just amazing service so rare to see these days

Koble ARC light faulty AC/DC adaptor

Received a Koble ARC light, unfortunately, with a defective AC/DC adaptor. Contacted customer service to request a replacement adaptor rather than replacing the full product. They promptly sent the replacement, free of charge, and within 24 hours I had received the part and had my light up and running as expected. In my book this qualifies as excellent customer service. Well done.

Great customer service and great…

Great customer service and great products. When the KOble desk lamp developed a fault I contacted customer services and they sent a replacement light straigt away. Very efficient and responsive. Amazing, so pleased!

Fantastic product

Fantastic product, great quality and so easy to use. The inbuilt speaker are very good as is the placement of the charging point.
Makes work so much easier.

Please note the delivery of the return will be at the customer’s expense. All products returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Good light and great for charging…

Good light and great for charging phone.
Touch controls are not so good for a bedside lamp.
No indication when the automatic 40 minute is toggled in. Or I’m missing something 😀

I am sorry you are not fully satisfied with your KOBLE lamp.

To set the 40-minute timer function, press and hold the time key. This will remain for 40 minutes. It can be cancelled by pressing the same key. Once it is pressed, it will be active.

The fast charging didn't work

The fast charging didn't work for the smart table. Although they have agreed to replace ,it is such a waste of time and we have to reschedule our plans accordingly and wait for another unit to arrive. Fast charging is such a simple function and they should have ensured quality checks are in place before shipping. Overall it is a bit disappointing.

You were very unfortunate in that the charging coil in your desk had become loose in transit which is why the desk failed to charge your phone, but we have since issued you a replacement desk to rectify this. Normally the charging is quick and easy. A quality check wouldn’t have prevented this from happening in this case. Your replacement desk will be with you next week and we will collect the faulty one FOC.

Not the same colour as described

Not the same colour as described. It’s a much lighter grey than in the image. The sound quality from speakers at even 30% is in audible. Draw doesn’t open smoothly. And no help from delivery to help me take it up to my flat. Generally very disappointed with the desk! I wouldn’t recommend.

Responding to your response: it is the charcoal grey, still much lighter than the image. And I’ve already emailed you directly sending you a video of the speaker sound, please respond to my email rather than on here, it would be more helpful

Please send in pictures of the desk you received as you should have received the Charcoal Grey Desk and not the Light Grey Desk. The speakers should also be performing better than that, so we are concerned they may be faulty and the draw should be soft closing. Please drop us a line and we can help you resolve these issues.

Nice little lamp

Lamp was about £20 cheaper buying direct, really quick delivery, looks very nice in bedroom, just what was needed.

Great little light

Great little light, I’m very pleased with my purchase, apart from the charging element. I haven’t managed to get it to charge anything yet but that was not the reason I bought it so I’m a satisfied customer. It arrived very speedily and was packaged well.

Charging your phone with the light should be as easy as placing it on top of the charge point, once it is in the right position it will begin to charge instantly. Please ensure you are using a wireless charging, compatible phone without a case on.

Silas 2.0 Desk

Bought a Silas 2.0 desk just under a year ago. It's nice and looks good. However, I primarily bougth it for the wireless charging. It does work, but getting my phone to connect to it is a nightmare. It's a guessing game has to be milimetre perfect for it work. Maybe it's supposed to be like that and it's just me being pendantic, however I also have Silas 3.0 and I just need to put my phone within the vacinity and it connects to charge.

The Silas 2.0 is an older desk model that often requires the phone to be placed in a precise position to enable a successful charge to take place on the desktop. We of course revised this with new technology with the 3.0, which is why it is easier to charge with your 3.0 desk than your 2.0.
