Have been using the koh products for quite a while. Happy with the results hence the repeat order for some of the cleaning products. Decided to try the hand and body wash, both lather well and are gentle on my skin. The smell, can't say perfume as it doesn't have any, of the products takes a little getting used to. The body wash has a better smell than the hand wash, it smells like the handwash used in wash rooms in public toilets.
I do appreciate that it has all natural ingredients and hence has this 'basic' smell.
The customer service is top notch and my order was processed and delivered promptly.

I purchased the wash bag for my sandshoes. It arrived very quickly with parcel tracking. It is very good quality
And it definitely does the job ✅ I purchased a second one for a friend.

My KOH parcel was delivered to the wrong address and even though KOH knew this they did not offer a replacement or a refund. They have to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. AVOID

Love Koh products l use their products for cleaning and washing dishes and now the hand wash which l really like and l find it all really very well priced easy to order and arrives in a very timely manner

Not enough washing sheets. Now realise many things I won’t use in our apartment

Love Koh, that’s the only cleaning product I have in our house and caravan. Find if very easy to use and it cleans everything that l need to clean. Very happy customer:)

Products seem to do what you claim they will do. Have acquired some new products for evaluation.

I have been using KOH products for a long time. I wouldn't still be using them if they were not effective and environmentally positive. Only "could do better"? Removing the bottle from the mop requires me and a neighbour. We are not all 30 years old😉

I purchased the new shower glass cleaner months ago.
Finally had time to use it.
I was pleasantly surprised that ALL the soap scum on the glass had 90% cleaned off.
I also tried an experiment on the lounge room rug where the dog had stained it. I tried every possible stain remover on the market with no success. I then used the universal cleaner and the stain had 99% vanished. Really happy with that result.

All my order arrived quickly. I have now used the bathroom cleaner for the first time, it has left the tiles and glass so shiny and clean. Also I do not need to wipe the shower door after showering as the water just drains off. I can highly recommend all of Koh products, I have been using most of them for several years and no complaints. But, my favourite is the stain remover. It is so easy and very effective.

Love the products. Have a lung disease so doesn’t make me cough like other cleaners. Plus prompt delivery. Economical because it lasts a long time. I’ve just received laundry cleaner, haven’t tried yet. But I’m sure it will be just as good as your other products, really love dishwashing liquid.

I have been using Koh products since 2016 when they were ecoWorx, and they have certainly made life easier and less toxic. I have bought three mops in that time, gave up on the first two because they constantly leaked. I used different brand spray mops for a while (they all broke), still using Koh Universal cleaner. I eventually bought another sturdy Koh mop and this one is leak free for now, yay. The mop pads are the best, I still have the originals plus the new ones.
I love the dishwasher tabs and dish liquid, also the clothes washing liquid and sheets.
Couldn’t be without the diamond sponges, which I also buy for my family.
I have recently purchased the dish sponge pack, which I like a lot and have gifted some to family.
I also like the concept of the scourer pads but whilst the cloth side is still performing well, the scourer side did not last very long at all, even with gentle use.
All the bathroom products are great, love the dual action mitt. The squeegee took a little while to get used to, but I love it now, have one in each bathroom plus two of the lovely thick Ultra Pro cloths to dry off.
I love all the cleaning cloths, especially the white ones, they are so good and bring glass surfaces to a beautiful shine.
The dusting mitt is great and very handy to pop on for a quick outdoor furniture wipe down.
The spray bottles have been through a few changes but work a lot better now, and I am liking the new pump bottles a lot.
I am not fond of the pre wash, it has left rust like marks on cotton clothing after using it on Vegemite stains.

The only other problem I have had was using Universal liquid when my neighbour spilt Rooibos tea on my large light grey rug. I immediately followed all directions, using the cold water and blotting method, however the stain got darker the more I tried. It has now faded to a dull yellow but it is very obvious and I am sad because it took me many years to find the rug I love. So beware of using Koh on light coloured carpet without spot checking first.
Love the new Loo tablets too but can’t make myself try the toilet blade as I just can’t see how it would clean to my satisfaction.
All in all I have had a great experience with Koh and have recommended it to many people.
I am hoping to see more new products from Koh, especially a hose attachable spray window cleaner, now that would be a big bonus!

I was disappointed that the mop we ordered arrived faulty and that there was a long delay in receiving a replacement. That replacement has arrived and I'm very pleased with it. Your staff have also been very helpful and apologetic. The products seem to be of high quality and I'm very happy with my purchase of them.

Love how fast i receive my items I would love to have stickers added to the box so I can put on to the bottles what the product is other than that everything was perfect can't wait to try out all the products

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I’ve used the universal cleaner for years and it’s great. It obviously won’t replace bleach or anything with the properly harsh chemicals but they don’t say it will. I also use the wash sponges, the dish washing liquid and dishwasher tablets, and finally the laundry tablets. All work well and have FAR better ingredients than almost all competitors. Customer service for me has been great, even when answering general questions I had.

Koh does not help its customers. It has kept my old address and no matter how I try it will not delete this. It just adds my new address so now Im not sure where my latest order is going to. And is help page wont help me. Never again.

I really like this product so it's a shame my recent delivery has been a nightmare/ not arrived. I could see that my address was incomplete when I had the first attempted delivery. I was annoyingly unable to update my delivery details on the amazon delivery website and kept getting an error message. The page also says to contact your seller if you have any issues. I've contacted Koh to let them know the issue and no-one has got back to me - well, apart from to say they were going to refer it to the correct department. In the meantime my delivery says it's been delivered- but not to me unfortunately and I've no idea where it is from the picture. Somewhere on my street I suspect but not to me and I've been charged and still not heard back from anyone at Koh a week since I was having issues. It's such a shame because I like this product and am reluctant to order again.

Edit 12/03 - So, it's been delivered, albeit not to me, so as far as Koh are concerned they can't do anything about it. Evidently they can't contact the delivery company once the order has been sent which is pretty useless, given that the Amazon Delivery tracking info suggests you contact the sender if you have any issues (I did, when I had an error updating my delivery details). Anyway, 10% off my next order doesn't really make up for the fact I've spent £15ish and have nothing for it but thanks Koh, for nothing.
