Sent my item to the wrong address I reached out via comment on fb they then messaged me and told me they will send a new one only if I delete comment on fb.

Very bad experience. I had paid for an outfit for homecoming and after I paid for shipping and everything they emailed me saying the item was out of stock and I haven’t gotten my money back since.

Komily is amazing! They are super helpful and their products are of great quality and super affordable!

Do not use this company! They lost my items, told me They would resend my package, then said they are sold out of the items ( even though the items are advertised for sale on the website !) Then they told me they would give me a credit but then when I told them I wanted my money back they told me that they were not going to refund me because they experienced a LOSS financially with the package getting lost ….WTH

Happy with my order, but more happy with the customer service. We are having supper chance issue here in America. I contacted about my order and the customer service team got back to me. Means more to me then how long my order takes to get to me.

Not good.
Several weeks go by after order placed and only receive 1 of the 3 items and it happens to not be what was ordered. Can't get anyone to respond. Wish I had read the reviews first.

This place is literally trash!! I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. What I ordered looks nothing like what it looked like in the pictures. After two weeks of it still not shipping, I emailed them asking when it would ship. They responded by telling me that it wasn’t in stock and asked if there was another item that I wanted. So I told them an alternate item and mentioned that if that one wasn’t in stock either, that I just wanted a refund. They responded telling me that item was no longer in stock as well and that I would get my refund. Within 3 days of still no refund, I went to check the Komily website for updates and saw that my original item had been shipped. It took about a week and a half to get here and I just received it. What I thought was going to be a thick, dark gray long sleeve, turned out to be a black VERY THIN long sleeve shirt. 3x the size that I wanted. I’m very petite and this top will swallow me. I could have just gone to walmart and bought a long sleeve the same material for $5 and had the writing on it printed on there for cheaper. I’ll probably never even wear this top. PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE!!! You can get something just as cute for cheaper or the same price with much better quality from SHEIN!

Apparently what I ordered isn't in stock. So I have asked for a refund. They told me to pick something else from the apparent clothing line, with many symbols in the text making it barely readable. I replied I still just want the refund. They replied again with picking something else from the website. Not sure how long this will go round in circles for, but I will contact my bank and get the money back that way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE. SERIOUS JOKE. PURE SCAM.

Love this shop! I keep coming back for more clothes! Highly recommend!

Terrible company, they will only refund me 50% for the tight, cheaply made shift i paid 35 DOLLARS FOR. no thank you, I will NEVER order from this website again. Wish I saw these reviews sooner because they accurate for sure. SMH

This company is crap. They told me they will only refund me for the hideous and over sized shoes they sent if I left them a good review. Well I’ll have my bank refund me! Do not order from this company!!!!!! The shoes are so cheap and hideous.

**Be careful this company is a scam** They send us clothes of poor quality and completely different from what we ordered. Then they make us pay a return fee in China which costs more than the item itself. Complete waste of time and money.

I don’t know about the clothing quality.
I ordered 3 items and when adding the cc info...it already gave me scam vibes. I went ahead reluctantly and realized they never asked for my billing info. Only shipping.
So I sent a ticket to cancel and called my cc company. I have to wait until the transaction is posted. Since then, I’ve received an email titled “trigger this reminder email To the guest when he submits...” and the second email says the same except “...to the customer every time...”which asks to click a link. OH yeah they blocked me from their app AND website.

****UPDATE****
It’s fair on my part to give an update.
They canceled part of my order. Refunded me the other part. The portion that WAS delivered DID take about a month BUT the quality is actually really really good. The sweater is super warm! So I don’t know for sure if this is a legit site or maybe Is just growing, but I’m happy to admit That I received Part of the order and the other was refunded.

This company is absolutely terrible and will not work with you, I had wanted my order cancelled and have now emailed them 4 times asking for a refund. Each time they just ask another question instead of do as asked when all information have been provided. The company is now being reported to my banking branch to be investigated if my money is not returned. Very clearly a scam!! Do not spend money on here.

If I could give this brand zero stars I would…I should’ve looked at these reviews before ordering…I wish I had in hindsight. I was drawn in with some of their cute seeming Halloween clothing…my experience has been an utter disaster. Shortly after ordering most of the items I ordered were out of stock…I received emails saying to please choose something else…I did and on 3 separate occasions after I picked something else out those items were also out of stock. Come to get my order almost 3 weeks after it has been shipped…the clothes look horrible and cheap. They appeared a lot cuter on the website, it looks nothing like they are advertised…also the earrings they sent only came with one! Horrible company and customer service…avoid at all costs!

Poor quality and they won’t allow you to return anything for a refund. Buyer beware!

Buyer BEWARE!!!! These folks have TERRIBLE Customer Service. I ordered items to reach the "free shipping" level and when I received my items (it took 2 months to receive) they sent THE WRONG SIZE. When I contacted them they ignored my request to resend me the correct size. I have reached out several times to customer service, but they just ignore the open ticket for customer service. I would NOT order from this site.

I ordered a dress that should have been fine were it about the right size etc. Nope. I am a fairly standard size yet the top part of the dress wsa baggy and the bottom half tight when it was not like that in the photo advertised. When I complained, they wanted all my personal measurements and a photo of me in the dress!

I went via Paypal for a claim back and Komily kept saying if I closed the dispute they would refund me in full - total scam. Then they send a return address in Chinese knowing full well the post office can't enter those characters and that Paypal would then close the dispute automatically. After I refuted the closure, Paypal refunded all the money.

Sooooo not worth the stress!

This company steals designs from independent businesses to print on their clothing. When looking through their website to report it, even the 'help' section is spelt 'hlep'. That in itself is a red flag! Disgusting behaviour.
