DO NOT recommend - atrocious customer service
DO NOT recommend - i ordered sandals which fit my foot length but the ankle straps are too narrow so wont zip up to the top. Following the online guide, i emailed to ask for the return address & i'm on day 9 of emails back & forth but still they wont give me the return address. I've been asked for pictures, foot length details AND even my BWH measurements (for sandals!), its a joke!! I dont even have chunky ankles, but thats besides the point, if something doesnt fit from online shopping, a return should be granted effortlessly and without this rigmarole. Anyone buying from this place should bear this in mind & proceed with caution.
