Decent industrial landlord
I recently rented a warehouse in Huddersfield for over two years, and I must say that my experience with the landlord has been nothing but positive. The warehouse was in excellent condition, and any issues that arose during my tenancy were promptly and quickly resolved by the landlord. In fact, the landlord went above and beyond by making improvements to the property during my tenancy without charging me any extra fees.
Communication with the landlord was excellent, and they were always understanding, especially during the Covid pandemic, when I experienced some delays with rent payments. I appreciated their patience and understanding during these difficult times.
Overall, I highly recommend this landlord to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property owner who takes good care of their tenants. Their commitment to maintaining their properties to a high standard and their willingness to go the extra mile for their tenants makes them a cut above the rest. Thank you to my landlord for making my tenancy a positive experience.

Great experience
I have used this company for a long time now, and they have always been incredibly helpful. They promptly respond to all messages and are reliable. I trust them with the handling of my mail, and the prices are also very competitive. The overall experience is much better than with the service I used previously.
