Receive a call futón Juan, normally I won’t have the patience and time to deal with it…… but a soon I started to talk to Juan, don’t ask me why, but he was different and help me enormously…..

Thank Goodness for Juan, after speaking to over 20 consultants from different companies last week, I was totally confused. The weekend was spent trying to sort out my mind with all the info. I was ready to proceed with what I thought was the best confused option on Monday morning. The universe was looking after me because my first incoming call was Juan from my email enquiry. He was AMAZING. He put me at ease by taking me through the health fund details, (which is not easy to follow for a retired consumer) explained how is all worked to my advantage and answered anything and everything I questioned clearly and patiently. An hour later a choice was made. Saving me money and more importantly ending up with better cover and value for money. This man had the patience of a saint and his empathy was commendable.
