Also called Emma Relief.
Took daily for 3 months, like it suggests you do. I still had bloating and my stool was soft to runny after about a week. It never got better. I felt worse than better overall. When I ordered just a 3 month supply, they sent me a 60 day supply, along with 3 bottles of something else I did not order. So 9 bottles total
.Plus they charged me shipping for all of them. It took me 3 weeks to send the unknown bottles back, after going back and forth by email. And they charged ME the shipping cost to send them back. After 3 months I sent the other 3 bottles back, it still took me about a month to go through the process
.Bad experience with shipping and returning. Would not order from them again.

Beware of return charges

Initially, I ordered what I thought was an order for 3 bottles of the VitalBP supplement. Right before I was about to place the order, a notice popped up and offered 9 bottles for a discounted price and it said "click now" for the offer. I checked my credit card statemant and saw a charge for 2 orders. I immediately sent an email ( they don't answer their phone for customer service) to notify them that I wanted only the 6 bottles but they stated that the orders had been placed and suggested that I keep both orders and try them. I had a Dr.'s appointment while I was waiting for the order and it was recommended by physician that I not take this. So I requested a return label. I never opened the package which by the way, both orders were shipped in the same package. When i went to the post office to return the items, the postal clerk told me that it would cost 18.00 for the retuning both items together. My total for the orders was 354.00 and my final refund was 214.10. That means that they kept a total of 138.10. If you subtract the 18.00 of what it cost to send these products back, they still made 120.10. I understand that they were charging me for shipping and handling but 120.10 ?? The bottles were unopened and never used so, therefore, they could still be resold. Very disappointed in their practices.

I purchased not one but 2 offers


I purchased not one but 2 offers through high pressure sales. I finally got them and recognized on the ingredients that I am highly reactive to ingredients. I have reached out twice and both times I was hung up on and told I am not calling the right phone number for refunds (although on the website this was the numer given) I am 70 years old and they are very rude and obviously do not want to refund. None of my bottles have ever been opened. They offer a money back guarantee in their marketing. RUN AWAY FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY UNREPUTABLE BUSINESS.

Beware of Konsciousketo

The night I tried to make a small order from KonsciousKeto, they sent an email TWICE that my credit card had not work properly and I "needed to resend payment". After 2 tries, I just gave up. What a surprise when I received a HUGE box from them. There were 15 bottles the Emma product in the box. I emailed and asked to send it back. Their representative called me and pressured me HARD till I agreed to give the products a try for 90 days (she tried to get me to hire one of their private consultants and add 3 new products to me order, too.) I was even more surprised when I was charged almost $500 in 2 payments - those credit card payments that "hadn't gone through". Great way to 'help' someone order WAY more than they originally wanted. Then they ignored me for weeks when I decided I wanted to send the rest of the order back. Finally, they offered 1/2 refund of the cost of 12 of the bottles. When I refused that, they came up with an almost $50 fee to ship the order back and only payment for part of the bottles. BEWARE!!

Update

I'm surprised at some if the negative comments. My experience was very good. I was on the plan for one year. I lost over 30 lbs and my cholesterol numbers came way down. I never purchased any products, but the meal plan recipes for the most part were very good even the ones I didn't think I would like. I still have access to all my recipes and thinking of joining again in hopes of some new recipes. I've gained about 10 pounds back because I've been cheating more over the holidays. I also found customer service to be very responsive. I would and have recommended their plan.

Update: Since purchasing the 28 day plan. WOW, A very different experience from when I joined a year or so ago. I had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund. After emailing numerous times asking to send/upload the plan, I only received one week. Every week you have to sign in, post your weight and was asked, "did you make 70% of the recipes"!! Well, I didn't receive week 2 or week 3. At that point I asked for a refund and contacted my credit card company. I guess because I did that, they deleted my 52 week plan that I paid for and they said I would have access to that plan always. I did and I continued to use it after I left the plan. Now I only have access to the 4 wk plan of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. Which aren't new recipes, they are the same recipes I paid for on the one year plan. I would not recommend this company or buy any of their products. They are a real headache to work with. Read the reviews. Wish I would have before getting involved again. I ordered a product from Konscious 3 years ago and I returned it as I was not satisfied. Then, I received an email November 2025 that my order for Enclave Bioactives has been confirmed and my credit card has been processed for $250.96. I had never ordered the product and had not been on their website for 3 years. I disputed the charge with my bank and Konscious provided a full refund. Beware-This company is a Scam.

Loved the meal plan hate the products

I loved Konscious keto meal plans. I purchased the plan in 2020. The recipes were delicious. My journey with them helped me go from 250 pounds to 167. I have gained 23 pounds back because of an injury and had to have surgery. Wasn't to happy with the other products like carbshield and the metabolic energizer. Neither worked. I highly recommend the plan.

Never received the Product

Never received the Product, but they got their $408 in PayPal Credit. Paypal says there is no resolution, so be careful, you will get charged, but you may never see your order.

I’m very disappointed

I’m very disappointed. I have been taking the product for almost three weeks and have actually gained one and a half pounds. I bought three bottles and take a dropper morning and night. I’ll continue until I use the product up. Maybe it’ll start working.

I am not happy with the product

I am not happy with the product. I hate the taste , it’s bitter & I ordered a 3 month supply and cannot figure out how to return it & there’s no one to talk to and the number that you can call, no one answers. Will not order this product again and I do not recommend it.
