I ordered size 7 Otway gumboots but was sent a size 10. Let shop know straightaway. Zero response. Got my money back through a chargeback with my bank. Hopeless and dishonest!

stay away from it, Customer service is nightmare. I have received an email order status refunded, After 10 days my refund is not completed. Also customer service never did respond. This website is redflag.

Very poor service I have messaged multiple times on their website to request an update. Also emailed them a couple of times. No response. It’s been already a week. I have no update on my item. Generally when I’ve ordered online within two days, they let you know of the item being delivered or any other information very disappointed. I just want my money back.

Disappointing experience. We ordered and paid for a pair of shoes advertised by Koolstuff as in stock and in the size. We received an order confirmation the same day, but then nothing. More than a week has passed and there has been no despatch notification. Messages to Simon the owner go unanswered. given this experience we have cancelled the order as we have found another store with goods in stock at a more competitive price.

Complicated and extended return process. I would not recommend using this company if you are unsure about keeping the goods. To get a refund you have to email them and request a return ID. This takes 5 working days. Then you have to post it back at your own expense (they don’t supply return packaging). After posting it you have to email them after 7 working days to check on progress. They only pick up from the post office twice a week so this delays things further. If Koolstuff are reading this I would recommend that you send out a return ID with the goods (like other companies do) and also don’t make your customers responsible for chasing their own refund.
