Not the best way for my billing. I have requested a paper bill sent by USPS mail.

This request has not been honored.

I would like a confirmation number and the ability to look up past paid invoices. I thought I paid this bill yesterday but didn't get a confirmation number and didn't see it hit my bank today so I paid it again hoping I'm not duplicating the payment.

Josh and Mike were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They were excellent at letting me know when they were entering and exiting our building. They thoroughly explained the service they were providing today as well as other services available for businesses and individual residents.

A.J.and Kevin were life savers! Our alarm went of at work and I couldn't get it to shut off. They coincidentally happened to show up for a fire suppression inspection and helped me turn off the alarm. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't shown up! They were extremely helpful and really nice guys:)

You need to set up the payment page to autofill the customer info and the invoice data on the page.
I've complained about this before!
This is 2024, not 1924!

I called Koorsen because I had a low battery and I had questions about my key fob. Derrick Moore arrived when he said he'd be there and replaced the battery. He was very polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. The customer service was great!

James in service walked me the process to update the time on my keypad. Very patient, professional, and friendly. Thank you James!!!

I would like to have a receipt of my payment

Ryan was very knowledgeable and prompt. He came to check the job out and to do an estimate, and within the week Dustin was out and he was so helpful! Great experience all the way around!!

Bill is knowledgeable and friendly. We'd request him again if the need ever arose!

It was very easy to use to pay the invoices. It would be nice to be able to pay several invoices at one time.

Terrible website for bill pay. Requires user to input information again and again (which Koorsen has readily available) every time a bill is paid

Very easy to register my account and then pay online the premium due

I paid with an e check, but had to sign to accept policy. It stated that withdrawal will be on the date due. It also included that if the date due was a weekend or holiday the account could be charged for late payment. My date due is on a Saturday. I am paying 17 days early. Please just take my payment out immediately. I do not want to pay a late fee.

We were out of town and needed to pay our invoice online. Amy in the South Bend was very helpful and courteous in handling our questions.
