I donât like the fact that they hide the monthly fee when signing up. I donât remember seeing or hearing about this until I received my first invoice. Otherwise the service and signup was very straight forward and good.

Hi,
Thanks so much for your feedback. We're really pleased to hear you found the sign-up process straightforward and the service has been good.
We're sorry to hear the monthly account fee came as a surprise. We certainly don't want anyone to feel it's hidden. The $2 monthly account fee is outlined during the application process, in our FAQs and Terms & Conditions. Feedback like yours helps us understand where we can improve how we communicate it.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review, and we're glad you're enjoying the service overall. If you ever have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that a monthly account fee may not suit everyone's circumstances, particularly if the card isn't being used regularly. We really appreciate you sharing your perspective, as it helps us continue to improve. Thanks again for your feedback.

Great App to have, plenty of savings.
The app was easy to get onto and work around to get myself registered.
When I had a couple of questions I rang up and they were very efficient, informative and friendly and I got the answers I needed. I am wrapped to be part of Kora and the discounts that I am making savings can be used elsewhere.

Positive feedback with one slight issueâŠ
My only feedback would be that buying fuel at Mobil is often cheaper on the app as you canât purchase petrol with the card on discounted prices
Why could it not be applied without the 10 discount when price can be reduced by 20 or 25 cents
A minor issue as I find using it lets me see my spend and allows good budgeting I would encourage others to use them service

Hi Shaun,
thanks so much for the great review and feedback!
You're right â sometimes the Mobil app promos can be better than the everyday Kora discount, and unfortunately they can't be combined. We suggest checking out Gaspy for the best deal on the day. We're really glad to hear Kora is helping you keep track of your fuel spend and budget. Thanks for recommending us!

Kora is incredible! We get great savings on our fuel, and it's so convenient being invoiced each fortnight, and knowing how much will be coming out of the account in advance.
