I have been living in this apartment for several years has been nothing but positive. The management has always been incredibly supportive, kind and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance.
I have honestly never had any major problem with my apartment, but what I really appreciate is that they regularly check in to make sure everything is okey, and working like it should and if it’s anything I need. For me that level of care and kindness makes a big difference and shows that they truly value their tenants.

I am very thankful for the excellent service and positive atmosphere throughout the years, so I definitely recommend living here.

I could not be happier with this apartment and the whole rental experience. From the very beginning everything went smoothly – great communication, clear arrangements, and such a kind, professional approach from the owner. When I arrived, the apartment was spotless, beautifully prepared, and honestly looks even better in real life than in the videos. It immediately felt welcoming and like home.

I truly appreciate how reliable, trustworthy, and thoughtful he has been throughout the whole process, which made moving in stress-free and pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and the owner to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained place to live. Rented out for 2 years but might even stay longer :-) thank you!

Excellent accommodation service in Kosice! The apartments were clean, modern and exactly as presented in photos. Very professional communication from start to finish. Located in the heart of the city with easy access to main attractions. Definitely recommend for both short and long-term stays in Kosice
