Kosmo Research helps teams learn what real people actually do before they commit to a decision. We work across three areas. Platform: A self-serve research tool for AI-moderated interviews over WhatsApp or the web, short surveys, preference tests and unmoderated prototype tests, with results in a shared dashboard and clear public pricing. Services: Done-for-you research for teams that would rather hand the work over: recruitment and screening to the brief, sessions, analysis, a written report and a readout call. Used for idea and concept validation, usability testing, localisation checks and participant recruitment. Panel: A verified panel of professionals, including markets like Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan and Korea. Every member is checked before joining, and each study is screened to the brief so clients hear from the right people, not just the available ones. We also provide native-speaker raters and evaluators for AI teams. Participants matter to us as much as clients.
