I would totally Kraken recommend to people who are trying to start a Minecraft server but doesn't have funds for one. Support is mainly Braden and Ben (along side Andrew and George) and they have been incredible with the genuine welcoming and support they have provided. Kraken Hosting does free credit giveaways weekly which if you win all of them almost every week, its basically free server hosting. No this isn't AI because AI couldn't even describe how Kraken has helped me develop a Minecraft server. ty braden for setting this up! love u guys - twisted

So I've had very little prior experience with the gaming side of using servers but quite a heavy side using it for work... Which I elected to keep to myself to see what they would say.
I was introduced to them by someone I used to play with and when we used to play, it was smooth but he purchased the most expensive one (and yet it was still very inexpensive).

Now I'm playing a solo world (I need a server because of automation) and I chose to get a mid range plan. Which is dirt cheap.

I mean dirt cheap compared to other services.

It worked great but kept crashing... which is my fault since I chose a heavy mod pack and added another mod which isn't optimised yet they helped me efficiently via the ticketing system and discord.

Overall, they've always been great and they're super cheap. I live in the UK but my ping is great despite them being in the US.

Was very fast support, sat there and helped me set everything up, very reliable aswell, well worth the money!

They have easy navigated menus, and it was really easy to insert mods and they have good services options, and good panel designs and think that this was one of the really good hostings I've used for a while

Super fast and helpful support, solved my problem within minutes which other hosts like Gravel couldn't do. 100% recommend for every server size or needs.

I recently bought the Megalodon plan for my smp. The panel is pretty and the staff are very friendly. 10/10

This company is great in so many factors with their hosting I've had seen many servers being hosted with kraken hosting and 100/100 for them for their great work and issue solving I got a server through Kraken hosting and I'm happy to know its working I Hope to have more servers in the future with kraken hosting they are a great hosting company

The host works really well and fast, The team is very nice and helpful and available and can handle big mod-packs with lots of players. 10/10 yall goats

This is hands down the best hoster I've ever used. They help you with ANY problem you are having to the absolute best of their ability and they are so down to earth and humble. They aren't a big business trying to make you pay an mark upped price and setups. They are a down to earth and humble business with genuinely kind staff and a nice owner. I have spoken with them all and met then in vcs and through message and these people genuinely just want to help their customers to the best of their ability and make sure your satisfied and pleased.
