We regret that your experience was not satisfactory. However, we want to clarify that we assisted you throughout the entire process, tested all possible solutions, and offered alternatives to resolve the issue.
When an activation fails due to external reasons (Microsoft blocks, account errors, incorrect installation, etc.), we always offer a replacement or refund. In your case, we provided full support, but it was not possible to proceed without your cooperation or without following the indicated steps correctly.
We serve thousands of customers and always resolve issues when the customer collaborates. We remain available privately if you would like a final solution.

I run 3 Mac's but need virtual machine…

I run 3 Mac's but need virtual machine with window's to run my dance music databases so I got Windows 11 Pro by default via Parallels. I previously paid $199 for an activation key from Microsoft Shop and it did not work. I have been looking for a couple of years now for a key that works, yours did at only a fraction of the cost - Thank you

I also have two more Mac book air's so was thinking of activating those as well by purchasing two more keys

Second Purchase, 100% Satisfied Again!

This is the second time I’ve purchased a key from KRB. Both times, I received the key immediately and both keys worked (each on a different PC). I contacted customer support on my first purchase because of a mistake on my end, and their response was prompt and effective! I definitely recommend KRB Keys.

1st key failed. Replacement provided. Worked 1st try. Great communication. Everything happened very quickly. Satisfied.
