I find the Krea Ai Art generations are awesome. If you are doing color or black and white drawings, it is the best I have found. Even the free account gets you some decent generations.

I had an active Krea Max subscription that I used daily, fully functional until the evening of June 25, 2025.
I’ve always logged in already authenticated, never changed or cancelled anything, and have all invoices on record, including the latest one.
Out of nowhere, I found my account with no active subscription and 0 compute credits, as if I had cancelled the plan, which I did not do.
After contacting Krea, they replied with a screenshot claiming that I selected the reason “I found an alternative” when cancelling something that never happened.
I explicitly stated that I never submitted such a request.
I received no prior warning and no email confirming any cancellation, which should be standard procedure if I had done it myself.

Way too expensive

Output is not worth the money. Also tried contacting customer support. They claim they answere in 24H but its been 20 days and no response.

Looks like a cheap moneygrab nothing more

good features, poor performance, many of the most interesting features work slowly or constantly having to refresh a page when things freeze, not good if you're trying to get work done without hiccups, not sure how much longer i will be a customer, am already on the highest tier so this is especially annoying

Worst customer services and billing department.
They did not notify me about the trail ending, they are still trying to charge my card after 12 times decline. I emailed their billing department about the issue but no response, their is no way to cancel your subscription once trial period over.

Absolutely trash support and trash company. Will email you back instantly until you request a refund, then suddenly ghost you. Could’ve been a great platform if they actually cared even a little about their customers. DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES.

Service is too buggy to be taken seriously. Video gen service often freezes on 'submitting' the job, or fails to produce a video, especially with Kling models. Service is down too often, I'm constantly refreshing my Chrome browser in the hope that something will work. Needs improvement. A real block to workflow.

Unreliable service, constant crashes, it's been down for half a day now, impossible to work. Technical support is terrible, they lie, they charged me for the subscription but didn't provide the service. They refused to refund my money.

I almost only use Krea.ai for enhancing images. either these I created with image generators. Or these I am getting from my clients with a poor quality, which we get a lot from old film. In the past I had to enhance them by hand in photoshop, which always takes ages, particulary by enhancing hair. actually I have been super happy with Krea because the enhancing results are always great. But what is really super poor and seems to be less professionaly is that there is zero costumer support and communication what a lot of people critizise here. for a few days now it seems they are having strong issues with the platform or server, it seems to be more or less down every now and then, its not responding and working properly. It takes ages to upload a picture or enhance it or even access the site. it mostly does nothing. I am waiting and waiting. as I use it professionally its really a pain in the ass because there are no informations to the costumers about any problem they maybe are trying to solve or anything. this is really annoying. and what i read here, they dont even seem to care about reviews or questions. no reply, nothing, nada. this really makes me wonder if I should look for an alternative enhancing app which gives me a better feeling. If I will find one i´ll be off. Krea seems not to be trustworthy, unfortunatly.

La peor IA que he probado, apenas puedes generar 20 imágenes y 10 videos y ya se te agotado el plan de pago en cuestión de 15 minutos, dinero perdido. Voy a solicitar un reembolso pero me da que ni eso. No perdáis el tiempo con este servicio.

I had high hopes for Krea.ai, but after several months of attempting to contact them directly, I can confidently say the platform lacks the professionalism required for serious use. Here’s why:

Unresponsive Support: Over the course of several months, I repeatedly tried to reach Krea.ai directly with no success. The only responses I received were superficial and came from Discord moderators who provided inadequate answers. When I asked for detailed clarifications—especially regarding data security—my questions were ignored entirely.

Silence on Critical Issues: On Discord, even in public chats, no answers were given about the security of both uploaded and generated images. This lack of transparency is alarming and unacceptable for any professional working with sensitive projects.

Severe Uncertainty Around Data Security: The platform offers no clear assurances regarding the safety of uploaded content or the commercial usability of generated images. This level of uncertainty is simply too risky for me to recommend to my many clients.

Due to these issues, I have decided to switch to partially local solutions to ensure better security and reliability. While Krea.ai might seem like a promising platform, the lack of transparency, communication, and trustworthiness makes it unusable for anyone relying on professional-grade tools.
