I run a 15+ member content studio, and after using Kreatli I’d rate it an 8.5/10.

What’s worked really well for us is how naturally it fits the way creative production actually runs. Projects, files, versions, feedback, and approvals live in the same place, so we spend less time chasing context across email threads and chat messages. The review experience is the standout: being able to leave precise, frame-specific notes removes a lot of confusion.

It also reduces friction across roles. Editors, producers, and stakeholders all work from the same place. That has noticeably cut rework for our team and made handoffs cleaner.

Why it’s not a full 10/10 (yet): there are a few places where polish and speed could improve. We’d love slightly more streamlined onboarding for new collaborators, and a couple of workflow touches that would make larger, multi-project weeks even smoother.

Overall, Kreatli feels purpose-built rather than bloated. For content teams that need media review plus collaboration and organization in one platform, it’s a strong option and we plan to keep using it.

Instead of forcing creators into generic project-management workflows, Kreatli is built around how creative work actually happens — with files, feedback, versions, and approvals all living together.

What the company does especially well is reducing friction. Feedback is always tied to the right asset, conversations don’t get lost in email or chat tools, and everyone on the project has the same source of truth. That alone removes a huge amount of confusion and back-and-forth.

Kreatli also strikes a strong balance between being powerful without being bloated. The platform gives teams what they need — structured collaboration, clear reviews, organized projects — without overwhelming them with unnecessary features. It feels focused and intentional, which is refreshing compared to many all-in-one tools that try to do too much.

The biggest value for us was the unique combination of media review, cloud storage, collaboration, and project management capabilities in one single platform.
