Welcome to KRW Models, we started back in 2007 in Hertfordshire, with a passion for cars. We strive to offer an excellent service along with a vast range of models cars. Our selection ranges from road to rally model cars. If you're after a specific product don't hesitate to call or email us and we're always here to help 7 days a week. We specialise in mail order. We promise to offer the best service and products that we possibly can, if you're not completely happy with anything please call us and we'll be here to help. We are always improving our website in order to make it a better shopping experience for you. If there's something that we don't have that you would like, let us know and we'll look into it right away.

Item as described

The item was sent out to me very fast and it was well packaged.
Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver the item on time twice over two days (evri)
Apart from that i will and have purchased from them again.
Overall I recommend the company.

Everything went as portrayed

Everything went as portrayed. Updates automated but human customer services were there as well. Very good sturdy packaging meant it arrived from the other side of the world in perfect condition. And it only took 5 days via Royal Mail to be sitting on my table in New Zealand.
