Étant professionnelle, je commande régulièrement directement sur le site de Kryolan, aussi bien des produits de beauté que des produits dédiés aux effets spéciaux. Je suis toujours très satisfaite de la qualité de leurs produits, qui répondent parfaitement à mes besoins professionnels.

Les délais de livraison sont toujours respectés et j’apprécie particulièrement le fait qu’une signature soit demandée à la réception afin de confirmer la bonne livraison de la commande. C’est un vrai plus pour des commandes professionnelles.

Les produits sont également toujours très bien emballés et arrivent en parfait état. Après plusieurs commandes passées directement sur leur site, je n’ai jamais été déçue, que ce soit par la qualité des produits, l’emballage ou la livraison.

Une marque que je recommande sans hésitation aux professionnels comme aux passionnés de beauté et d’effets spéciaux.

Had great expectations of the Paint Stick for full coverage, but was extremely disappointed. It’s difficult to blend, the appearance is cakie, and it dries too artificial looking. There are so many other full coverage products that do a better job, and that includes drug store “a lot cheaper.” The sell mixing products, but that defeats using one good quality full coverage foundation. Maybe for stage only?

Vorsicht bei den Werbeversprechen bei einer Bestellung im offiziellen Kryolan Onlineshop. Es wird aktiv mit Gratisgeschenken ab einem bestimmten Bestellwert gelockt, die dann aufgrund von Systemfehlern im Onlineshop nicht auswählbar sind. Der Kundenservice glänzt nach einer ohnehin schon sehr verzögerten Lieferung durch absolute Ignoranz: Erst wird man mit Textbausteinen abgespeist und auf eine hypothetische 'nächste Bestellung' vertröstet, danach werden drei E-Mails und eine gesetzte Frist zur Vertragserfüllung wochenlang komplett ignoriert. Bei einem Bestellwert von weit über 100 € ist das eine bodenlose Frechheit und ein mangelhaftes Zeugnis für die Kundenbindung. Hier werde ich definitiv nie wieder bestellen.

Die Preise sind teilweise günstiger als bei kyrolan direkt. Leider zieht es sich etwas mit der Online Bestellung, ich verstehe das es sich hier nicht um einen großen Onlinehändler handelt, ich erwarte auch nicht das es am nächsten Tag da ist, aber nach 6 Werktagen wäre eine Info wie es im Bestellverlauf aussieht schon schön.

Kryolan. Pakket op een verkeerd adres geleverd. Wacht al weken op de producten. Totaal niet klantgericht. Je kan het makkelijk opnieuw sturen. Het is hun taak dat ik mijn producten gewoon krijg. Dhl is schuldige van dit verhaal. Maar dan nog verwacht ik mijn producten

Bestellung bei Kryolan City Berlin zeigt tagelang den gleichen Status, Link zum Status der Bestellung erzeugt Fehlermeldung. Updates Fehlanzeige. Produkte sehr gut, seit das Geschäft in München geschlossen wurde, leider Katastrophe in der Kundenbetreuung,

Ich stand heute vor dem Shop in Hamburg. War geöffnet, man sollte klopfen. Ich habe geklopft und geklopft, aber die Leute drinnen haben mich gekonnt ignoriert und nicht reingelassen. was für ein arrogantes Volk !! Scheinen es nicht nötig zu haben

Compre recientemente variedad de bases, traslúcidos y maquillaje especial. La calidad de los productos la verdad que no puedo lamentar, son de fácil aplicación, se mantienen en el tiempo, se extienden en la piel de manera suave y cómoda.
La única crítica es el precio, pienso que es un poco elevado en línea con otras marcas considerados de alta gama profesional

Ich besuchte den Laden in Berlin Treptow in der East Side Mall. 'Juliane' dort hatte mich schon vorher telefonisch freundlich und ausführlich beraten. Ich ging vorbei, um meine Vorbestellung persönlich abzuholen und auch die Farbe des Schminkens abzustimmen. Ich war leider spät dran und kam lediglich 5 Minuten vor Ladenschluss an. Trotzdem nahm sich Juliane Zeit für mich, war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das war so klasse und hat mich wirklich sehr beeindruckt, obwohl ich ein schlechtes Gewissen hatte, weil ich der Grund war, dass ihr Feierabend an einem Freitagabend fast 30 Minuten später begann - und das sogar unbezahlt! SORRY, JULIANE! UND NOCH EINMAL TAUSEND DANK! Annette

The brushes I received literally fall apart when I’m using them. Absolute garbage quality. The eyeshadow palette is poor quality too, does not blend with other shades well, it’s splotchy. Everything smells like crayons too, a huge turn off when you’re trying to use it on others.

I want to return the neck stretch for a medical reason I can’t use they keep saying I need to send a 30 days video showing that I tried and didn’t work so I can get 30 days money back warranties otherwise they will pay only 50/100%
What a scam. What a waste of money.

Im Online-Shop eine Bestellung an eine deutsche Adresse mit Schweizer Rechnungsadresse eine Bestellung ausgelöst. Die Bestellung wurde ohne Rücksprache storniert, da man bei Schweizer Rechnungsadresse nur an eine Schweizer Adresse (zu überteuerten Preisen!) bestellen könne. Der gezahlte Rechnungsbetrag wurde nicht vollständig zurück erstattet....

Auf der Shop-Seite des Unternehmens finden sich nirgendwo Inhaltsstoffe über die einzelnen Produkte und das Unternehmen selbst ist auch nicht in der Lage, Angaben darüber zu machen, was aus meiner Sicht ein absolutes No-Go ist. Menschen, die stark auf Inhaltsangaben aufpassen müssen, haben somit keinerlei Chance, herauszufinden, ob sie ein Produkt vertragen oder nicht. Entsprechend antiallergene, verträgliche Produkte zu finden ist damit unmöglich. Von einem scheinbar solch renommierten Shop wie Kryolan kann man eigentlich anderes erwarten.

When I tried to return a product, I had to download and fill out a returns form (is this the 20th century?!) and send it to Kryolan. Kryolan's returns policy doc says to call them to arrange a return, but the number disconnects you when you try to call. Kryolan's returns policy doc also states that "Returns can be made to us with the use of our free postage labels," but the rep I corresponded with didn't seem to realise that, because she told me they don't issue returns labels, which directly contradicts what is in their official returns policy. Hopefully she realises her mistake and issues me a returns label so I don't have to report Kryolan on the basis of breach of contract/false advertising. (It's almost as if they think they can bully you into not returning your product!)
Moreover, the foundation that I tried from them broke me out horribly (I don't even have acne-prone skin!)--when I looked at the ingredients list there were some awful ones high up on the list, like denatured alcohol. So, if you're thinking of buying from Kryolan, RUN AWAY!!!!!!! Not an honest company and not honest ingredients.

I have been very pleased with the  products I have purchased. They’re beauty experts are wonderful to work with.

You must read the description very carefully or you’ll end up with something you don’t want.

 I do wish that the website had a virtual Tryon. When dealing with foundation, it is very hard to look at a picture and guess what that’s going to match.

They have such a large variety that there is something for everyone.

Good products but it is a bit worrisome when a company does not know how to use its own products.
I have bought the mustache paste (like a wax) and written to costumor services to get the best way to use it (wet/dry mustache, with or without blow dryer and so on). It take costumer service 3 weeks to reply to an mail. And they don't have any answer on how to use their own products.

Selvom jeg ikke fik modtaget en bekræftelsesmail, så kom produktet efter blot tre dage i god stand! Kommer nok til at købe derfra igen
