DPD FAILED TO DELIVER NEXT WORKING DAY STILL WAITING

On time no delay seamless process and also used good reliable delivery company that uses local people rather than some of the useless companies that use and employ people that do not know the local area.

Easy to order, but appalling delivery service. Order placed on the 8th December, payed £5.40 delivery and handling charge on a £2.40 item and still waiting for it to arrive 5+days later...

I have no problem with KS International at all but what I do have a problem with is DX courier. I placed 2 different orders with KS International, 1 on Tuesday 25th November and 1 on Wednesday 26th November. First order was sent with DX on a 24 hour deliver and I only got a part of my order delivered on Saturday 30th. The 2nd order was sent on Thursday 28th and was delivered the next day with DPD. The rest of my order from Tuesday 25th was only delivered today 02/12/25 by DX. I want to order a lot more stuff from KS but will not if it is going to be send by useless DX COURIER .

Great ordered and arrived promptly great service

They use DHL for their deliveries. DHL are useless. Item was meant to be delivered Tuesday it’s now Friday! DHL say it will be delivered tonight, but they have been saying that all week. It is up to me to try and chase it as KS have not responded to my email.
