All the parts shown on our website are ready for delivery to either a UK home or business address in 1-2 days. Certain areas in Scotland & offshore Islands may have a little longer.

Made a mistake when placing an order

Made a mistake when placing an order, rang K&S to rectify the problem,but the guys telephone manner was appalling, very abrupt and couldn't wait to get me off the phone.that said the problem was quickly resolved by a text message, hence the two stars

Item not received, Refunded including shipping

On 13th August, I ordered a small item for delivery to Carriacou (Part of Grenada in the West Indies). Usually major couriers take about 1 week from UK.
I write this on 26th September, I have still not received the item, and despite several requests, I have not received a refund.
In mid October, I did receive a full refund.
I believe that KSI acted correctly but were badly let down by the shipping company that they used. (UPS)

Great Service

Great Customer service, Good price.
Despite the courier damaging the item , KS International sent out a replacement item without any hassle, Brilliant company
