My experience with KS Mortgage Inc., it was very impressive. The professionalism and the quick work of the team, especially my loan officer Khoa and the loan processor Thai, made everything go smoothly for my conventional loan and buying the new property. I am self-employed and already have six other houses, so my situation is a bit complicated. But Khoa and Thai, they are very good at their job, paying attention to every detail and always communicating clearly and quickly. Anytime I have question, they are there to answer. As an Asian in my 30s, I feel respected and well understood, and I am very happy that KS Mortgage Inc. helped me get my seventh property

Working with KS Mortgage Inc., and specifically Kenneth as our loan officer, has been quite an adventure and learning experience for us.
