Looking forward to getting these fans attached to crates this weekend

I absolutely LOVE my fans! I ordered 2 after seeing another trainer with them, and just put in a second order for another fan and trays. When I didn’t see peach on their list of colors, I reached out Cory and he ordered the material needed for the color I wanted. Excellent customer service, excellent product, I show them to all of my dog trainer friends and clients and recommend to anyone looking for something sleeker than Ryobi fans! The power is unmatched, I will have fans for all of my kennels! Can’t say enough good things!

Seller told me the fans would fit the kennel I had, and they did not. I reached out for help and he refused to make the situation right, becoming unjustifiably aggressive through messages. Etsy had to step in so a resolution could be reached. I would be careful ordering from him directly, because if there is an issue, he is terrible to deal with. The 3D-printed base of the fans and the hanging hardware also felt really cheap.

I love my fans! I really needed thin fans for my transk9 crate in my Rav 4. There are only a few inches of wiggle room between crate and car door.
these fans fit perfectly and look pretty. They also work really well. I like the option to use external batteries and also the cigarette lighter if I’m driving

Groove to hold crate handle bend is not tight enough, so easy handle does not stay put. Have to constantly realign to use. Disappointing.

like the fact I can just hang the fan on the kennel door my kennels are a tight fit when driving so the fan being able to come on and off makes it easy when we are stopped

Product works as advertised

I reached out to Kspace designs through their chat option on their website. Very responsive and they helped to answer the questions I had. There was a glitch when I tried to input my shipping address, and the seller fixed it immediately. The fans arrived quicker than expected, and were absolutely perfect! They work really well with my Ryobi battery, and this is just the set up I needed. They easily attached to my Ruffland crates and are easy to remove when I need to. I am so appreciative of this design as I travel a lot for hunt tests, so keeping my dogs comfortable and safe are a top priority. 100% recommend!!! Thank you!

Second one I have purchased for a double door XL.
Gives me the peace of mind to know he has circulation in his kennel. They fit nicely on the doors and are low profile.

I had been researching kennel fans for a while and Kspace was the top recommended by far, and now it’s clear to see why! They were quick to answer questions and help me order what I wanted. I wanted to match my dog’s biothane gear with it & they were able to get the custom color super close to it and I couldn’t be happier with it! It moves tons of air to my pup without being too loud, which is a huge plus!

Love the easy to control the fan!! Love the Malibu blue but waiting for a lighter pink to match my Ruffland soft pink crate.

Extremely well made product and the absolute best customer service

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company in a very long time. The product purchased were the crate clips and the plastic was peeling when it arrived along with it being not even close to a tight fit once assembled. It took multiple days to hear back regarding a return and once I did get a response I had to pay for shipping costs (not a big deal). Then it took me to message him about the status of the return (2.5 weeks later) before the refund was initiated. In the refund receipt the cost of shipping I initially paid was deducted from the return. So I essentially lost half of what I paid. Absolutely horrible service and I highly recommend not wasting your time or money.

Took a while to get it after order was placed, maybe they make them custom each time, not sure. The yellow one does not match to Ruff Land kennel in yellow, it's very ugly, I am disappointed. If you sell/make them to fit that kennel brand, why NOT to make sure your yellow match perfect to Sunflower Ruff Land?
it's not even close to it. The ON button on power pack takes few tries before it kicks in, not impressed with it.

Love your products, they fit on my Ruffland, and I can control the speed of the fan. My battery lasts so much longer. Thank you.
