Agree with the other reviewers. Nothing but excuses. Shady business that should be shut down! Had to file a claim with my bank also for a refund. Scammers!

When will you send me my products or my money back? Since October I bought some gels from you and till now (January 21) I haven't received anything, oh. I emailed you, nada.

Please, people don’t buy from this company. They are stealing people’s money.

I ordered 12 jars of nadanola skin cream totaling 102& . After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them was told they had to relocate and I should get my order in 7 to 10 business days . Waited 3 weeks finally requested a refund . They said it should be posted in 5 business days. Never received refund. When I call the same man answered and said they already refunded the money and the system can’t refund twice. This was in sep 2025. It is now Jan 2026 . This is a scam . Don’t trust them

Am still waiting for an order that I placed on November 30th. Have emailed them multiple times and when they do respond, it's like another reviewer said...many excuses about having to move warehouses, etc... They sent me tracking info for USPS dated 12/26/25 and now, 10 days later, the tracking info still says "USPS is awaiting receipt of the item". Can't seem to get an answer from them as to where my order is.

RUN, DON'T WALK, in the opposite direction from this company. I certainly wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE I placed an order with them.

Waited 3 weeks for my order and only ever received lies and excuses regarding the shipping status, warehouse fire inspections, warehouse moves, etc. Kept getting told the order would get shipped out in 1-2 business days before getting another excuse and they needed another 1-2 business days to ship. They even told me my order was already picked up by UPS before coming back to me the next day to say it hasn't been picked up yet and they needed another 1-2 business days. Order was finally cancelled, I was told I was refunded, yet I still haven't received my refund.

Update 11/25/25: I still haven't received my refund, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and NJ Attorney General.

Horrible all around. Slow shipping, inaccurate info on the website, horrible customer service, and now they have had a return I sent back for over two weeks without issuing a refund.

Do not do business with them!

They sent me the wrong product and when I notified them they just sent a link to their website that says the website may be out of date. Refused to refund shipping even tho they sent the wrong product. They received my return over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund.

We wish we read reviews before committing to this supplier. We’ve spent $16,775.75 USD with this supplier. He was meant to ship two pallets of products to us in Australia but have refused to provide us any proof of shipping for us to track the order.

He always makes excuses as to the reason why we don’t have the tracking details everytime we contact him. It’s been over 2 months since he claim to have shipped it. He initially provided us invalid tracking details and have since refused to provide us with any information.

At this stage it looks like we’ve been scammed. We’re a small business and this loss will impact our business in ways we can apprehend.

We would really like to set up a group on facebook to work out exactly how much money he has stolen from consumers to bring a legal action against him.

Be careful not to spend even a dollar with this man. He will frustrate you and it’s just not worth it.
! Find other creditable sites to shop and don’t be fooled by his cheap pricing.

He will call and convince you about the best service but it’s all talk. It a way to steal so be careful with this company!

Edit 10/10/25: we’re in October now, no refund, no products, nil communication. I’ve now filed a complaint with department of New Jersey in attempt to recover our money!

This buyer is legit. Problem is the warehouse is in China and their USA office is in New Jersey. When you order it will take about 20days for warehouse to deliver to their office in New Jersey, and they will in turn send to you via UPS. Their USA office is very responsive via email. So keep in touch with them. My only problem is that spray bottles are not well sealed so they might be some spillage, but I have given them feedback how to properly seal it. I ordered $445 worth of items and everything came, nothing is missing and products are good quality. So email them every 7days till you receive your order. I gave them 4 stars for shipping delay. Thanks KT SUPPLY.

I received an open and damaged product from them and tried to get them to give me a refund. However, they would not. I will never do business with them again.

This place is sketchy and I wouldn’t do it again that’s fasure. Made an order 2 months ago and never got it. Reached out multiple times and got nothin but excuses of fire marshals shutting down production to no response at all and still no product. Basically it’s a makeshift site scamming ppl of there money so do walk run the other direction with your money I promise u.

I purchased a product from this site but never received it. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never responded. I do not recommend anyone to make purchases from this site it appears to be a scam.
