I had a really great and easy experience using Kudotrade as a complete beginner. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the learning process feel far less overwhelming. Everything was clearly laid out, and I felt supported while getting started, even with little prior knowledge. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience, and I’d definitely recommend Kudotrade to anyone who is new and looking for a simple way to begin.

It was all good experience until I made a withdrawal
I been use kudo for couple of weeks, it was all good, low spread, nice and smooth, I made a few profit and I need to use the money for next month, so I made a withdrawal on the 25th of Jan, It's been 6 days now and I've contact their customer service for couple of times, all I got for the reply is "we will try our best to help you, your fund will be processed as soon as possible". I am just wondering it says withdrawal takes about 3-5 working days to process on your own website, why is keep delaying...
I really hope the money will reach my bank early next week because I already have plans for this money, also I wouldn't mind to give kudo another go in the future because I have used multiple brokers, to be honest kudo is better compare to most of other brokers, they even have your personal account manager to contact you for trading issues.
If the money reaches me early next week, this review will be changed to a 5 STAR positive review, and I will defiantly give kudo another go.

My money was received early this week and one of the Client Team member was contacted me for the issues, they even offered me 200 pound in credit for the delaying, the withdrawal was delayed for 2 day but I can understand that, will be using kudo again in the future.

Good Experience
I wanted to leave a review to share my withdrawal experience, as I know others may be cautious.
I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit on Tuesday. I received an email from customer support on Wednesday confirming the withdrawal had been processed, and the funds were in my bank account by Friday morning.
The withdrawal was made via bank transfer and was completed within the stated timeframe. Communication from customer service was clear and helpful throughout the process.
Based on my experience, the withdrawal process worked as explained.

Waiting on profit withdrawals!
Waiting on profit withdrawals since 12th january(not for the 1st time) and still not received (27th today). Contacted kudo few times and apparently some delay due to high volumes of withdrawals, but for some reason withdrawals of initial deposits are whitin the 2-3 days as quoted!

j’ai effectué 2 retraits
j’ai effectué 2 retraits, 1 de 170€ et un autre de 50€ et je n’ai rien reçu. J’ai contacter l’assistance pour en savoir un peu plus concernant les retraits mais ils m’ont juste dis que les retraits ont bien été effectué ensuite ils m’ont donner un numéro de référence qui fallait que je donne à ma banque pour savoir où était l’argent mais ma banque elle a rien trouver ! franchement j’ai mis 350€ et j’ai pu récupérer 0€. Déçu et énerver. A évité.
