Never heard of Kudotrade until end of…
Never heard of Kudotrade until end of February.
Stable easy to use platform and profit much higher than expected. 14% in 4 weeks while a war was started against Iran. My other broker shares went down 8% in the same month.

Merci beaucoup pour votre support, rapide, mais aussi particulièrement efficace. J’avais une incompréhension quant à un mouvement sur mon compte et mon solde, je voulais fermer mon compte, mais après avoir eu Michael de votre support client, j’ai finalement compris le mouvement et ai même décidé de réinvestir. Je suis maintenant pleinement confiant quant à kudotrade, car c’est pas facile lorsque nous sommes en France et non trader de profession.
Je précise que je n’ai pas besoin d’argent et rien à gagner en donnant mon avis, et n’attend rien en retour.
Kudotrade m’a fait découvrir le monde du trading, et lorsque je perds (souvent oui) et bien c’est de ma faute. Et lorsque je gagne c’est pareil, on progresse !

Struggling to get through to anyone…
Struggling to get through to anyone since last week. Put a withdrawal request through on Monday 16th and everything was fine up until then.
Since radio silence and can’t even get through to anyone on support. What company in the right mind puts a number allowance on the times you can call support in a given day. If you don’t pick up the phone then no support was given so it’s hardly like I’m calling irrelevantly.
It is a lot of money of mine they are withholding and this is only my money from deposits not profits so they have no reason or right to withhold.
-Update, review changed from 1 star to 3 stars due to money being received. Albeit a week later than expected but nonetheless the money has arrived.

Trading experience is smooth via MT5
Trading experience is smooth via MT5. Spread is decent for the standard account I’m using to trade small fund to test out the platform and spread and slippage. So far I’m satisfied and would be topping up further to get their deposit bonus promotion. One thing my concern was the withdrawal process and there was no hiccup at all during the withdrawal process. The withdrawal process was completed in a day, although awaiting for fund to reach my account by this week.

I contacted Kudotrade twice
I contacted Kudotrade twice. Wanted account deleted … they said it was done but it wasn’t … I still could log in.
Then I contacted them for help how to log into MT5 account via app .. I was told not to use the app. Not the answer I was looking for.
