I had some difficulties withdrawing money from the platform. But customer service was helpful and solved the problem. Not everything is running smoothly. And i am able to withdraw funds without issue

Withdrawals used to be within a couple of days, I don't know what has happened but if you want your withdrawals to take over 2 weeks join Kudo! Absolutely hopeless! They could have posted my withdrawal, that would have been quicker! Please get this sorted!

This is my 3rd withdrawal request with…
This is my 3rd withdrawal request with Kudo. All 3 have taken an extremely longer amount of time than suggested. They say it’s typically 3-5 business days but this is just a blatant lie. My fist withdrawal took over 3 weeks to just be processed, my 2nd has taken over 2 weeks and I’ve already gone over the 5 days they say it’ll take for the 3rd withdrawal.
I have now requested my entire account balance as I have lost all faith in this company. I have other accounts with IC Markets, Vantage etc who have all requests processed within 48hours.
I implore Kudo to look into their processes and how they are failing their traders, there is no benefit to using Kudo over the likes of IC Markets.
I will, again, be leaving a 1* review for every day this goes on without being processed. I’ve had emails with John from support who has already attempted to bribe me by giving me trading credits to remove previous 1* reviews. However, I must say, you wouldn’t get so many 1* reviews for the same thing if it wasn’t a legit concern for traders.

Nouveau retrait en attente depuis le 2 février – toujours pending
Mise à jour importante :
Après un précédent retard de retrait en janvier (finalement résolu), je rencontre à nouveau un problème.
Un retrait de 194 € demandé le 2 février est toujours indiqué comme “pending” au 20 février, sans confirmation d’envoi ni réponse claire du support.
Il est regrettable de devoir systématiquement relancer publiquement pour obtenir un traitement normal des retraits.
J’attends toujours la réception effective des fonds.

Kudotrade has been a fantastic platform to work with and despite a few negative reviews on here regarding withdrawals, I can honestly say for me the process was seamless! My funds were processed and deposited within 2 working days which is very efficient in my opinion. Just follow the instructions am use the great support service they offer if you need to
