I was a shopper at Kudobuy for several years and I was treated very well! No problems with the items I ordered and the time it took to receive them. I really miss them!!

Must be out of business. Ordered 2 months ago. Written may letters to them. Never a response. Must not be in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Kudobuy.com seems to have gone out of business. Although I had good experiences in the last years, my last order paid in November 24 was not shipped and their customers services is not answering my emails or WhatsApp messages. So, be aware of that because its website is still active to new orders.

Although there was a delay in shipping (these are the times we’re living in right now), the company responded to my query & communicated status of shipment. Product received well packaged & excellent quality. Overall very happy.

Would not use this company.Ordered a watch on 2 may 21.Watch did not arrive until mid August.Put it away as it was Xmas box.Took it out to wrap up and found it would not work even after putting new battery in.Contacted company who said it was a cheap watch and would not replace.Would attempt to repair if I paid for it to go back to China!!
Would avoid this company at all cost
