Terrible website to navigate

Terrible website to navigate. Would not let me create an account due to password issue even though my password had all requirements
Then would not let me to check out as a guest as card was invalid....not the case as autofill via Google was used

Damaged product

Fast shipping, but disappointing experience. The Wahl 5 Star Magic Clip Cordless Clipper arrived damaged straight out of the box. I sent photos and a video via Facebook and was told to contact them by email. I also called, but no one was able to help me. Very poor customer support and lack of responsibility. I bought aftermarket part that was damaged and Ill fix it by myself.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I checked what happened here. You messaged us on Facebook, then emailed and then called our Bray store shortly after, so our online support team thought the store had already handled it. That’s why you didn’t get a follow-up by email. It was a mix-up on our side.

The clip shouldn’t have arrived damaged, and it should have been sorted for you straight away. I’m very sorry for the hassle.

We can fix this now with whichever option you prefer:

Send a new replacement,
Refund the part you bought, or
Arrange a full return and refund.

Highly recommend

I couldn't recommend Kudos enough. Really fast delivery. I rang to enquire about buying a clipper for my son that I couldn't buy on their trade page. The girl gave me the retail page. I went online bought it and it arrived the following day.
