Great customer service
Great customer service, very fast delivery, got my g4 today and already rode it for a while, everything came just like how I dreamed of it.

J'ai contacté une personne pour avoir des renseignements via whatsapp, j'ai été très bien renseigné, ayant eut à faire à une personne très compétente, qui a su répondre à toutes mes demandes, très réactive, avec un suivi tout au long de mes démarches (commande, expédition, et même après réception de la trottinette), de plus la livraison était gratuite et très rapide

Bonne machine fiable après 2 ans et 5000kms, dommage qu’elle ne soit pas homologuée sur la piste cyclable à 25km/h.

Ersatzteile bestellt, Support hat gepasst
Ich habe Ersatzteile für meinen KuKirin Scooter gebraucht und den Support per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Die Betreuung war wirklich top. Es wurde nicht einfach irgendwas verkauft, sondern erst mal genau geschaut, welches Modell ich habe und welche Teile wirklich passen.
Auch die technische Beratung war sehr hilfreich. Der Techniker hat verständlich erklärt, was ich brauche und worauf ich achten muss. Gerade bei Bremse und Reifen ist es wichtig, dass die Teile richtig passen.
Die Lieferung hat gut geklappt und danach wurde sogar nochmal nachgefragt, ob alles angekommen ist und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das fand ich stark, weil viele Shops nach dem Verkauf nicht mehr reagieren.
Teile kamen innerhalb 10 Tage an in einem Packet. Versendet aus dem Lager in Polen, wie es auf der Seite auch geworben wird.
Alles in allem sehr guter Service, schnelle Hilfe und vernünftige Beratung. Von mir klare 5 Sterne.
