My order never turned up when I


My order never turned up when I questioned them they blamed Royal Mail. Said they would send a new pair out then an hour later they wasn’t in stock. When I checked the website they had 2 in stock and they had gone back up in price. Do not order from here. Also took me 2 emails to get a response from them.

Hi, the boots were sent out as scheduled but were lost by Royal Mail, which was unfortunate but out of our control. The stock levels were incorrect and amended once it was discovered- if we had one available we would have dispatched it. They were on a Black Friday offer and yes they went up in price once that promo had concluded.

Haven't received my order yet , spend over £300 for next day special delivery , 3 days and still no delivery. No contact number !!!

As per our previous communication, we can only apologize for the delay in your order reaching you. The package was shipped by us on time and with free Special Delivery to try and prevent such occurrences. Unfortunately, we have both been let down by Royal Mail.

Accidently placed the order for the


Accidently placed the order for the wrong address, emailed to ask for address to be rectified and this was done and confirmed the next morning. Delivery was quick, easy and seamless. A fantastic customer experience. Thank you so much Kular.

Two left shoes

I ordered a pair of size 9 shoes. I received a size 9 left shoe, and a size 6 left shoe. My attempts to contact the seller to correct this went unanswered and I feel like I was scammed.
