So far not impressed with this company. Ordered a painting on 24September 2022 and received confirmation asking for payment via bank transfer. I advised company that I do not pay for online orders by bank transfer and asked them to accept payment by credit card. No reply! Says it all really!

The payment method indicated in the order confirmation depends on which payment method was selected during the ordering process.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to change the payment method of an order afterwards. However, if a customer prefers a different method of payment, we always offer the option of cancelling the existing order so that the order can be placed again with the preferred payment method.

Once I had chosen my picture it was easy to proceed through checkout and make payment.
The picture I choose was of high quality (metal picture) and very well finished, it came with hanging instructions, if needed. It looks absolutely fantastic on my lounge wall.
It was easy to track the delivery by DPD and it arrived well within the estimated, it was delivered within a 1 hour time band as notified.
I would definitely buy from them again.
