Kuooeo is a scam. Never buy products in this shop....you Will lose your money and your time and your will never receive the product you paid.
I bought my product in february and now they say that the product has been delivered....but i haven't received It yet....

Ordered stranger things bits for my daughter at least 4 months ago still waiting they keep coming up with excuses

Scam! I ordered an Ultimate 360° Ball Head Tripod with Rotating Arm for Overhead Shots | Perfect for Travel & All Device. In early February. They sent me a selfie stick instead. A bunch of back and forth emails and promises later at the end of March no sign of my tripod. The order shows delivered as they delivered the selfie stick. Joke! Don’t order anything from them. It’s a scam!

Una estafa. Pedí un producto y me llegó un producto de plástico imprimida en 3d que ni se parecía a lo solicitado.
Reclamé y me dijeron que sentían haberse equivocado y que mandaban el producto correcto.
Nunca llegó y no responden el correo.

I got a very cheap part of a lego set, instead of what I ordered. This website is a scam.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Nicht mal ein Stern würde ich geben! Völlig veräppelt wird man, kauft nicht dort ein. Das was beworben wird, wird nicht im Ansatz geliefert! Eine Frechheit !!!!!
Selbst wenn alles dabei steht, inklusive LED und allen Figuren etc. Es stimmt nicht! Es kommt was völlig anderes an!

Bought a stranger things figurine display for €40. Received something entirely different. Would like to receive what I payed for or get my money back.

Thought i brought a 1.8 scale scania remote control truck and was sent a toy box and took nearly 1 half mouths to get to me and email them with no reply wouldn't buy waste of time and money

Habe 2 Artikel aus diesem Shop bestellt, nach längerem Warten sind diese auch angekommen, ABER sie entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung. Die Maßstäbe stimmen überhaupt nicht und abgebildete Fernbedienung/Motoren fehlen komplett. Der Customerservice hat schnell auf meine Email reagiert, kam allerdings mit einer Abenteuerlichen Geschichte als Begründung für die "falschen" Artikel. Kein entgegenkommen in Bezug auf (Rück-)Versandkosten, Erstattung des Kaufpreises erst nach Eingang der Ware... wer es denn glaubt. Völlig unseriöser Laden. Betrugsabsichten? Kauft dort bitte: gar nichts!

SCAM COMPANY- falsified an invoice so they have committed perjury. I will take this to the very end. Let me tell you you will not take my money even though it’s been refunded and you were disputing it. There is no evidence that item was ever delivered to My Home it is a scam company.

This company is a scam. I don’t even know how they convinced NatWest that they delivered to me and now NatWest has billed me £31 from these thieves. I must chase that money with everything I have got.
Please do not buy from them. They are thieves. Scammers.

Placed an order with them on 25 August, today is 09 September, and there are no sign of the order to arrive, or from their customer service team, as I emailed them 5 days ago.
