Worked with Colleen and she was able to track down a particular crystal blank that my team was looking and at a reasonable price point. Great customer service. Shipment arrived and we were very pleased with the awards and the presentation box they came in. I'm finding this vendor to be more cost effective than other suppliers.

Kusak has always been our go to awards provider. They are always easy to work with, and prompt with their service and product delivery. Good people to work with.

Great product, customer service responds quickly and will help you figure everything out.
Some advice: look over your proofs carefully and only respond to one page at a time because you cannot go back once you click submit.

We order medallions for a Recognition Ceremony and they are always beautifully made and packaged. Each medallion has a different name, and the boxes they come in have individual labels on the side, which I love. As the event planner, the small details matter and Kusak nails it each time. Our sales rep is wonderful to work with and works with us for the quick turn-around we require. We continue to use Kusak because of the reliabilty and responsiveness, and I regularly recommend Kusak to my colleagues.
