Via de website van kvisp een kortingscode ontvangen.
Diverse artikelen in het mandje gedaan, bij afrekenen de kortingscode ingevuld, deze werd niet geaccepteerd.
Ben nu voor de 3e dag aan het mailen met de klantenservice .
Voor de 2e x alles opnieuw uitgelegd, bijlagen erbij en ze komen steeds weer met dezelfde vragen die de 1e dag gesteld werd.
Lijkt wel of je tegen een robot zit te mailen.
Gevraagd naar de verantwoordelijke, wordt er weer om het verhaal heen gedraaid.
Zo klaar mee, zonde van de tijd, grote ergenis.

Unfrotuantely this seat doesn’t fit bikes that are size S and M in frame and have a low handlebar. They give u an adapter for it, but with that the seat goes all the way until my own seat and there is no space for me to sit on it. It is unsafe and impossible to know in advance because they didnt provide that info online. Then u have to pay for shipping back, and they say if there are scratches u have to pay for it. I already got a used /tried seat with the mountain elements having scratches, so i don’t know if they sell it back how do they keep track who scratched it? It’s complete bullshit.

The Kvisp team have proven themselves to be both kind and considerate group! I recently purchased a seat and seat cushion but I didn’t apply the time-sensitive promo code correctly that I had signed up for. A representative reached out to me to note that my code would expire soon and when they learned I had already made my purchase they were kind enough to refund me the amount that I would have saved with the promotion!

Leuk zitje, mn teckel paste er in. Alleen paste ik er zelf niet tussen, als ik hem verstelde richting het stuur, ging die niet verder naar beneden. Balen als een stekker want mijn hond vond het zo leuk! Tip! Ik ben uiteindelijk bij de fietsenmaker geweest en die raadde aan om het niet aan een aluminium stuur te bevestigen, anders knapt het zitje. Dus helaas gaat de kvisp weer retour

Jane was very helpful on checking various bikes that we own to see which ones would accept the mounting of the seat. Worked out perfectly on my main commuter bike ( and hopefully soon will be able to figure a way to mate an additional unit to my wife’s Specialized Como e-bike. Puppies both enjoyed their inaugural rides. My wife and I first noticed several riders using the Kvisp seats on a vacation in Scotland a year or so back and I was finally able to locate you guys and order one. We likely also saw some during two bike/barge trips to the Netherlands (southern and then northern portions of the country), but weren’t able to focus on them ( with the huge number of cyclists around). Thanks so much for the help in assuring fit and for the helpful videos on social media (Instagram, YouTube). Will soon pedal the Galveston Seawall with the puppies.

Het mandje is hier een groot succes. Onze pup gaat er graag in en het geeft ons veel bewegingsvrijheid om hem zo gemakkelijk op de fiets mee te kunnen nemen. Leuker dan in een fietskar, omdat je je hond kan zien en makkelijk even contact kan maken. Ook het noemen waard: de uitstekende service van Kvisp. Toen ons tuigje stuk ging, stuurde Kvisp meteen een vervangend exemplaar.

Het mandje is super comfortabel voor mijn Cocker Spaniel. Ze vindt het heerlijk op de fiets! Ik had een probleem met het losse slotje maar ik kreeg gelijk reactie van de klantenservice die mij super goed hielpen en een nieuwe opstuurde. Aanrader!

Wat een top bedrijf! De mand via marktplaats gekocht( nieuw in doos) maar kreeg hem moeilijk gemonteerd. Terwijl ik het niet eens rechtstreeks bij ze had gekocht werd er gewoon een nieuw en beter onderdeel verstuurd. Nu kan ik of een kind voorop of een hond voorop vervoeren, met alleen even het bakje erop en eraf klikken. En een tip; met een moederfiets pas je er nog heel goed tussen!

Fiets bakje blijft los laten . Dit gemeld en kreeg als antwoord dat ik het niet goed gemonteerd had . Fietsenmaker de montage laten doen en problemen blijven. Kan niet zonder inbussleutel weg.
Zit ook erg dicht op zadel. Stuur moet geheel naar achteren worden gezet, dan nog blijft het krap.

Ik heb een hondenmand voor op de fiets gekocht bij Kvisp en ben erg teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf. De service laat helaas veel te wensen over, en voor dit prijssegment mag je echt betere service en klantvriendelijkheid verwachten. Ook de kwaliteit is onder de maat en niet wat ik had gehoopt. Heel jammer.

The service and product of this company are utterly bad. Wont recommend them at all, you are going to pay a lot of money of a flawed product and no assistance, despite the price they would charge a great amount for imposing their courier and dont give a damn about it reaching you on time.

I was very excited to find this product. It looked sleek and from my research would allow me to easily bring my pup with me on my bike rides. Prior to purchase I emailed Kvisp and told them the exact model of my bike and they said the product would fit and sent me the instruction manual. Upon reviewing the video sent to me I knew I would struggle with install and planned to go directly to my mechanic who is an expert on my make and model of bike. I was happy to pay the money as I felt it was a good long term investment on my bike enjoyment.

I decided to purchase as they had a 30-day return window and they said it would work with my model of bike.

When the Kvisp bucket arrived I took the product to my mechanic as I knew the install would be complicated and wanted to ensure it was installed correctly for the safety of my dog and myself.

My mechanic advised me that if I had this product installed on my bike it would compromise the safety of my bike and I would have to sign a waiver in order for him to install it and it would void the warranty on my bike. My bike is brand new and the last thing I want is to void my warranty.

It never crossed my mind that the product would void the warranty on my bike and would compromise the safety of my riding to the point I would have to sign a waiver to assume the risk.

I reached out to Kvisp right away for a refund and their email back was to guide me through the install as it’s “not always obvious” how to complete the install.
Given this is a safety matter I have requested a full refund where they cover the full cost to return, shipping & customs, at the time of writing this I am waiting to hear back…but based on my post-purchase research and the email o received from them I am not optimistic I will be successful.

As another poster on trustpilot said, this product is borderline fraudulent.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen tatsächlich nicht nachvollziehen.
Ich habe den Sitz bestellt aber er ist für uns ungeeignet, da unser Bully nicht gut darein passt.
Die Rücksendung geht auf eigene Kosten, der Kundenservice hat sich aber sofort gemeldet und geholfen.

Absolutely worthless customer service!
Before purchase, I sent them photos of my bike and handlebar, and according to them, the seat would fit perfectly.
Well… it didn’t!
Afterwards, they stopped replying to my emails, and in the end you can only return it at your own expense. On top of that, they already state in advance that if there’s even the slightest scratch, you won’t get your money back! Promising, isn’t it?

Their return policy is outrageous, especially considering I sent photos and asked specific questions beforehand before deciding to buy!

I even had to spend extra money asking my Belgian bike mechanic for help.

If only I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before buying online. There, you find exactly the same complaints about their return policy!!

You might as well sell the seat second-hand — you’d be better off!

Mijn ruwharige dwergteckel moest de eerste dag wat wennen, maar geniet nu heel ontspannen en met volle teugen en met flapperende oren van de wind in haar snuit, zittend in de Kvisp!! De montage van de Kvisp was heel makkelijk. Een uitermate goede aankoop. Absoluut een aanrader!!!

Helaas is het niet geworden wat ik had verwacht .
Contact opgenomen met de klanten service, en wat ben ik goed geholpen.
Alle begrip voor de situatie en ook ontzettend snelle reactie.

Very surprised to see these unfavorable reviews as we have the opposite experience. We are very happy with the Kvisp seat — our miniature dachshund now joins us on family bike rides.

The quality is fine, installing at the bike wasn’t difficult at all, and we like the green seat. The seat doesn't compromise the bike's ride or steering, and I love having Hedwig close to me. If there is one thing to improve, it's making the Kvisp angle adjustable. On our bike, the seat is slightly tilted forward.

We did not need to contact Kvisp, hence, can’t say anything about their return service.

I would go as far as saying this product is fraudulently advertised it’s so bad. You have to ride like a frog on a road bike with knees wide apart to not hit your knee. You have to take your leg over your seat as step through is no longer possible. And despite asking first - this seat is not compatible for a mountain bike. It also weighs around 7kg which is the weight of a small dog.
The worst part of it is if you live in the UK - the ‘free easy return’ is not only extremely complicated to return, the customer service replied only every few days and never gave the full information required for shipping - for courier, insurance and tax it cost £129 to return! Absolute waste of money and time.

I really wanted to love Kvisp, but the whole experience was incredibly disappointing - and expensive.

The product looked sleek and easy to install on the website, but in reality, it didn’t fit either mine or my partner’s bike. We spent almost an entire day trying to make it work, and eventually had to take it to a professional bike repair shop, who also struggled with it. At that point, we gave up and decided to return it.

That’s when things got even worse. The international return process is a complete mess. Kvisp provides almost no information, so I had to contact customer service multiple times just to get basic instructions.

Since I was returning from abroad, I spent a lot of time researching the best way to send it back and ended up paying over £110 in delivery and return-related fees, including duties for a product I didn’t even keep. That’s just absurd.

When I looked at other Trustpilot reviews, it became clear I wasn't alone, plenty of people have had similar issues with Kvisp. I really wish I’d checked before buying.

All in all, this was a costly and frustrating experience. Stylish branding can’t make up for a product that doesn’t work and a company that doesn’t support its customers. Avoid.
