This is a company based in China although there is nothing on the website to indicate this. I should have been more careful. Many companies like this one provide poor quality products, poor customer service, or both. It took WEEKS for the dress to arrive. And I've found that sizing from China is unpredictable and inconsistent. This was a two-piece dress and the two pieces were definitely NOT the same size—one piece fit perfectly, the other did not. Of course returns are at my expense (I don't have a problem with this) but it wasn't clear or transparent from the website that I have to ship back to China. I have contacted service several times for return instructions and I get no reply.
