My underfloor heating was not working and I contacted Vitech.
Andrew Procajlo ( technical engineer) was as always very professional, polite, friendly and most importantly effective at what he does best! Evening was resolved very fast. I will be definitely recommending him to my friends when needed!

Vitech serviced my gas fire in June . Booking the service in was easy and when it suited me. They arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and took the time to explain what they were doing. Observed Covid guidelines and left the area clean and tidy. All round good job.

Vitech carried out EICRs for us on 2 rental properties at fairly short notice when they were likely extremely busy because the deadline for EICRs were fast approaching. They were mindful of our tenants who were working from home due to Covid and arranged appointments at their convenience and liaised with them. A thorough report of necessary remedial work was supplied and when there were a few snags discovered for routing cables the engineers were knowledgeable and helpful in talking through and finding acceptable solutions. Admin staff are also helpful on the phone. We would definitely use Vitech again.

Vitech Services installed a new boiler for me, the engineers was very polite and explained what they was doing throughout the install. Vitech provided me with a lovely new boiler and the install has been very professional. So happy to have a brand new boiler that is very efficient, thank you very much Vitech to your prompt response to some one who was very much in need of a new boiler.

I can’t recommend this company enough so easy so straightforward and quickly had me booked in the guy that come (i think his name was Josh) he was fantastic he helped in every way he could. He was neat and tidy. Just brilliant from start to finish. Thank you.

I just had a visit from one of Vitech's plumbers. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely spot on and professional. No fuss. Just down to solving the issue which was done with great efficiency and a good chat throughout the process. A delight to deal with and I strongly recommend this company.

A man called Andrew P visited my mother’s flat to replace the thermostat on her immersion heater .
He arrived at the time estimated , was polite, informative , efficient , reassuring and extremely helpful and has an excellent work ethic .
If I could have awarded 10 stars for this engineer I would have , and I told him so .
Very impressed with Andrew and he deserves recognition. Thank you very much .

Very poilet and professional installation, bang on time with a quick ring before to check I was in. I no longer smell.

My engineer phone me 30 minutes before he got here to say that he would be here just before 4pm, and wow 2 minutes before 4pm Andrew was here and what a lovely man he was too.took one look at the combi boiler and got straight to work even though he was told it was an immersion heater, Andrew had no problem with fixing it and now have hot water. Definitely would recommend him.

Excellent customer service; no ‘false’ promises. I was kept fully informed throughout the work as to progress made. Asked for early completion if possible and this was delivered. I would recommend use of this company to anyone looking for ‘pain free’ delivery of building alterations / works.

Orlando (the Director) came round to my property to assess the situation and advised that this was something that Vitech could do, later that week two engineers arrived at my house, they carried out the work efficiently and effectively. The work space was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will defiantly use again in the future!
