DON’T BUY!!!!!!

I asked for the shipping to be hold till more items were back in stock, which was in a few days time
 a member of staff clearly mentioned in an email thread that they would hold the shipping! Unfortunately, the shipping was sent and was then I was told the next shipping will be waved and I would only have to pay for items. When I contacted KWM wines, they said that they could not wave the shipping even tho they said they would hold the shipping first time around. Then, nor did they wave the shipping which they promised. If I could give it zero stars I would. Customer service is pathetic. Would highly recommend ordering else where. I would NEVER place another order, and they delete all bad reviews from trustpilot, so angry I’m leaving a review anyway.
