I have been working on Kwork since 2022, and it has been a truly reliable platform for me. I have completed many orders and received all my payments on time, without any issues.
What I appreciate most is the payment system. Unlike Fiverr, where you wait 14 days for clearance, Kwork pays twice a week. This makes a real difference for freelancers who depend on steady income.
The platform is trustworthy, buyers are genuine, and the support team is responsive. Kwork has genuinely changed my life by giving me consistent work and the ability to support my family.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. As a seller, they initially charge a 20% commission, and additional fees are applied again during withdrawal, which feels excessive.

Customer support is another major issue. There is no proper access to a real person—only automated responses that seem copied and pasted, regardless of the query. This makes it very difficult to resolve any concerns.

Due to these issues, I have decided to stop using this website and will be deleting my seller account. I would not recommend this platform to other sellers or buyers. There are much better alternatives available.

I have been a top-rated seller on this platform for 4 years, but enough is enough. Kwork is a trap for professional freelancers. They market themselves as a 'cheap' alternative, but it is the designers who pay the price with their sweat and blood.

The economics are insane: they charge a 20% commission on every sale plus an additional 7% for withdrawals. They try to copy Fiverr’s model but fail to realize their clients’ budgets are 6-7 times lower. You end up working for pennies while the platform takes nearly a third of your money.

The clients here are often toxic and cheap, demanding 'premium' work for $10. If they complain, Kwork Support always takes their side. If you dare to ask 'sharp' questions or challenge their unfair system, the support team will ignore you for weeks or simply block you.

This is Digital Totalitarianism. The moderators act like dictators, and there is zero respect for those who actually build the platform's value. If you value your time and dignity, stay away from this Russian-based exchange. It’s a dead end

They turned out to be scammers. Briefly, I submitted several orders, and someone contacted me claiming to be the service provider. He insisted that I send additional money through Binance and other methods. After I transferred a few hundred dollars (first via bank transfer, later in cryptocurrency), he did not provide any service and instead began sending mocking and abusive messages on WhatsApp.

À ce jour, malgré mes démarches, la plateforme ne m’a toujours pas apporté de réponse ni confirmé avoir pris les mesures nécessaires pour sécuriser la situation.

Deux fraudes distinctes se sont produites successivement, ce qui souligne la gravité de l’incident.
Dans l’attente d’un retour officiel et d’actions correctives de la part de la plateforme, je reste particulièrement vigilant quant à l’utilisation de mes données personnelles et de mes moyens de paiement.

I would like to inform you that I have been the victim of a hacking incident, which appears to originate from the Kwork platform.
To date, despite my attempts to contact them, the platform has not provided any response nor confirmed that the necessary security measures have been taken.

Two separate fraudulent incidents occurred consecutively, highlighting the seriousness of the situation.
While awaiting an official response and corrective actions from the platform, I am exercising increased vigilance regarding the use of my personal data and payment information.

This statement is intended solely to provide transparent information about the ongoing situation.

Kwork is looting money from freelancers the only working method is webmoney and 80% of your funds will burn in the fees and you will get only 20% of the funds.
This platform is pathetic

I’ve been a genuine freelancer on Kwork, using only one account and following all platform rules. After completing my first order successfully, the buyer confirmed delivery and left a positive review. However, shortly afterward, Kwork suddenly suspended my account, canceled the completed order, and withheld my payment.

I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they refuse to share details of the so-called “violation,” only saying it was an internal review. I never used a VPN, multiple accounts, or did anything against their terms.

It’s really disappointing for freelancers who work honestly to have their accounts restricted without a clear reason or any transparency. I hope Kwork reviews their investigation process and ensures fair treatment for genuine sellers.

Kwork blocked my profile because I didn't answer the spam message.

If you know what's best for you, leave this platform and head to a better platform to avoid stories that touches the heart. Kwork doesn't care about the scammers over there both from the buyers and most especially the sellers. The platform is just like a football pitch where all players play without any organisers. Most good reviews are hoax. Poor customer services. Sellers wants to work outside platform. Sellers can't withdraw their money after work is done, buyers getting scammed on numerous occasions. JUST STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely Scam! They refunded an order because of poor buyer's internet connection, who couldn't properly test the web app.

You only get 3 days to review work. If you're a Fortune 500 who has a long review cycle, this is not an ideal place to allocate budget. We looked at moving $500k/mo in spend here, but didn't make sense. They don't want your money.

HOW SCAMMER WORK !!!!!!!
So i was looking for someone to create a youtube BOT. I found couple of people, some of them sounded to have more expertise, some less. But because i did not have any practical knowledge, i choosed the one that seemed most knowledgeable in what i need.
He asked me to continue our conversation in Telegram.
He said that it will cost 550$ and develop in two weeks.
He said that wants 350$ deposit, i said that will give 250$ and rest once is done. He wanted the money through crypto, i said that i want a more transparent method, and choosed Revolut. He gave me the email link, i transferred the money and he received.

After two days he said that he needs some Premium API, that his business partner is creating, i started chatting with him, and he asked another 350$. I accepted, used as well Revolut to transfer.
In return he gave back some basic Phyton code.
The funny thing was that i received on email to whom i transfered the money. I was given two different emails link for transfer in Revolut, but both went to the same person called : Toyin Olaosebikan
So here was the first warning.

But the first guy said this is what is needed and there should be no more costs. And after a day, he said that need extra API for some integration and this should be final costs. another 300$.

Obviously here i stopped, understanding that is a Scam. I know is a dead end here, but is a good lesson ))) Hope will help someone to to do the same mistake. Do not send any money, use platforms that protect both users, you to get the service, and second to get the money.
They might get different accounts, even make pages loog legit.
PS: they are from Africa.

Also i found other users, not sure if they are the same, but also claimed to be profesionals, but only start working after you transfer them money. They are very manipulative. be carefull.

Great Platform for both sellers and freelancers!

Pas de facture, il ne fournisse pas de facture , et c'est obligatoire , j'ai demandé au support technique et il refuse il ne fournisse pas de facture donc si vous êtes un pro attention pas de justificatif,

I bought 800,000 backlinks which costs me $7000 US from a seller on kwork who I later found out was using false photograph, names, locations, company and false advertising to gain trust and trick buyers like me. The backlinks I received were low DA in the 20s even though I was promised 90 Domain Authority backlinks. I also found out that the seller were using multiple accounts to scam buyers and scrammed me through 3 of them.

I notify Kwork but they refused to help me get back a partial refund or punish the seller and stop him from selling on their platform.

The seller is a con artist from Bangladesh. His real name is Emon Islam Nahid. He scammed over 1000 buyers using false identities, false locations, false advertising and provided false reports of the work done which is fraud and a crime.

Please be careful when buying from Kwork This evil and cruel scammer is now selling under the name and location GoldenRankDigital of the United Kingdom. His other false identities were GlobalRankDigital, DigitalSEOXpert, JohnSEO21, JacobSEO24, JacobSeo21 and SavageEvolution, etc and used Jacob Daniels Cummings photographs.

This guy also gets his friends to leave him lots of fake reviews. He pretended to be my friend and asked me to leave him 1000 good reviews. He told me he love me the most and how I am the only one for him thinking that this will make me spend more of my money on his garbage backlinks.

He also sold me hundred of dollars of fake bots traffic and claimed it was real traffic.

Please use annother platform instead of Kwork because Kwork will not help you to get back your money after you are scammed and will not punish scammers.
