fijne winkel! jaartje geleden 2 I-dle mystery photocards bestelled en ze waren goed ingepakt! erg blij mee en bestel zeker vaker!

When receiving the wrong product I contacted support and was helped greatly. They gave me some options I could choose from including accepting the product as is or returning it and waiting for the right product to arrive. As a bonus they included a small giftcard that I could use for a future purchase.

The only downside is that support replies very slowly. Usually I don't mind, but since it's nowhere indicated that replies could take up to four days I grew worried at first.

Customer support was very nice in the messages we exchanged, they were helpful and friendly. Today I received the correct product and I will definitely buy something again.

I had fantastic experience with them. Good communication and lovely packaging. I was a little confused about the shipping day of pre-order album but they were really patient to answer my questions.

De verpakking was super goed & ik was heel blij toen ik zag dat het verschillende soorten photocards waren ( lucky draws, weverse gift , concert photocards). Ik was eerst bang dat het allemaal van hetzemfe album zou worden maar dat was niet het geval

De juiste dozen te gebruiken, doos was veel te groot voor mijn bestelling, gelukkig is niks kapot gegaan. Ik hoop dat ik de toekomst, beter gaat met verpakking. Ik heb een foto via email verstuurd.

Levering is binnen een week aangekomen, communicatie mbt status was duidelijk en product lijkt legit.

The products I buy always arrive in perfect condition, and well wrapped. Also when I had a question about the shipping, which is free if you spend more then 20 euro's, of one of my products I got a quick and helpfull response. I would definitely order here again!

Snel verzonden en stevig verpakt! Ook voor een goede prijs. Ik ben sinds recent mijn k-pop collectie aan het verkleinen, maar mocht ik toch weer een album willen kopen dan doe ik dat hier!

Pakket is goed en eerder aangekomen dan verwacht. Makkelijk te contacteren en snelle reactie.

Ik heb het nieuwe album van Twice besteld, er was snelle en gratis (boven 22 euro) levering. Ook kreeg ik de pre-order photocard-set, terwijl ik het album niet pre-order had gekocht. Erg blij dus!
