Es una estafa,o único que quieren es


Es una estafa,o único que quieren es que les de un número de tarjeta para cobrar 75€ en concepto de visita y si no te lo devuelven, Conmigo no pudieron y lo intentaron pero no les dije ni tarjeta les enseñé que la visita estaba ok. Lo que después no aparecen ni contestan a los teléfonos
Tengo conversaciones por WhatsApp con vuestro logo por eso se que empresa es y tengo teléfonos

Lamentamos mucho lo que describes.

Queremos aclarar que Kyero es un portal inmobiliario donde se anuncian propiedades de agencias y promotores. No somos la empresa que gestiona las propiedades, y no organizamos, coordinamos ni cobramos visitas o visitas a inmuebles de ningún tipo.

Kyero no solicita datos de tarjeta ni cobra 75€ por concertar o realizar visitas. Por lo que indicas, parece tratarse de un tercero ajeno a Kyero.

Hemos solicitado más información a través de Trustpilot para poder revisar el caso y ayudar a aclarar que esta experiencia no se ha producido con nuestro servicio.

Es una estafa,ayer concertamos una cita con ellos mi pareja y yo,hemos ido hoy,y no contestaban a las llamadas,la pagina web daba error,en otro de sus numeros de telefono nos ha contestado un americano
y pagamos en concepto de “bloqueo” que nos devolvian al hacer la visita
75€ y no ha aparecido nadie y los 75€ tampoco
no os fiéis

Hola, creemos que aquí hay una confusión importante.

Kyero es un portal inmobiliario, no una agencia, y no organiza visitas ni citas para propiedades. Tampoco solicitamos pagos por adelantado para bloquear inmuebles. Que os hayan pedido ese tipo de pago es una señal clara de estafa.

indicando en qué web, anuncio o contacto se concertó esa cita. Queremos revisarlo, pero por lo que describes no parece tratarse de Kyero y, por desgracia, es posible que hayáis sido víctimas de un fraude por parte de un tercero.

Décevant !

L’Agence concernée et recommandée par Keyro est trÚs peu réactive et difficile à joindre. Lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’aide, je n’ai reçu aucun accompagnement ni solution. Service client décevant, je ne recommande pas.
